Dr. Bui was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Once my glasses came in Aiden was very patient and helpful when it came to adjusting them. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they didn't have all their glasses displayed to choose from. They sanitize them between visits and there were a lot of empty slots.

Elite Vision Care took fantastic care of me! From check in all the way to receiving my contacts and glasses the process was simple professional and easy. Dr. Erder was brilliant and made me feel so comfortable during the exam. I will be highly recommending her to any one I know that needs an eye doctor.

I was a first time customer this morning and will definitely continue to go there for my eye care!
The business is really nice and pleasant inside, the online appointment scheduling feature they have on their website was super easy and convenient to use, and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (I'm a first time contact wearer). I felt awful for the lady who sat with me while I suffered through taking out and putting in my new contacts for the first time, but she was extremely patient with me and very helpful throughout the process...thank you so much!!

The facilities were clean, well-maintained and organized. The physician assistant was diligent in cleaning the equipment before I was examined. Dr Newhouse was very professional and attentive and thorough in her examination as always. I especially want to recognize the front line staff who answer the phones and check in patients, they were excellent in how they presented themselves professionally and consistently.

We have 5 in our family who are all customers of Elite Vision. We all come for appointments at the same time. They do a great job of getting everyone thoroughly examined, contact lenses fitted, ordered, and glasses fitted, ordered for everyone in under 2 hours… for 5 people! They also have so much patience with the kids (13, 11, 7, 4). We just had our appointments on kids day!! WOW! Over the top with treats, food, games. Super impressed with kids day. We’ll be coming back each year!

I had a great overall experience at this Elite Vision location. I bought a pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses. The test were a lot easier on my eyes than my last Dr. the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was the best. So much fun and easy to talk took. And I believe she help me pick out the perfect pair. I forgot her name. :( this is my go to vision place now.
