Poor customer service combined with inability to answer simple insurance questions. Stories conveniently change when confronted with contradicting insurance/billing issues. Phone goes unanswered and emails need reminders before receiving any kind of response. Don't waste your time with Family Psychological Services of Kirkland and seek help ANYWHERE else.

Danelle was great, but everything else wasn’t.
Their billing department (Angela Martin) is a joke. No one answers the phone or returns voicemails, and I have spent the last few weeks trying to get them to 1) do their job and 2) do their job correctly. Angela has now provided 5 different bills and none of them are correct.
You seek mental health counselors for help, and you get the frustration of now dealing with their billing department instead.
Mistakes happen, sure - But how mistakes are resolved (or if, at this point) is how I determine the outcome, which is why I will not be returning
