My insurance originally referred me to another place and I had an awful experience where I felt I was being sold a piece of electronics, not getting a hearing aid . I left that appointment in tears. Luckily my insurance was willing to find me a different provider -- Community Audiology. From the first phone call they have been great. Anna answered all my questions and eased my anxiety (after my awful experience

Never got to see the doctor since he was running 2 hours late. Staff rude and lazy. No wonder I got an appointment so quickly. I'd rather wait 3 weeks to get an appointment somewhere that treats patients respectfully and behave in a professional manner.
