I needed custom in-ears so I made an appointment online(super easy process) with Designer Audiology as they were a recommended Audiologist from the company making my in-ears. From the lobby to the exam room, everything was clean. Dr. Spoor was very kind and explained what she was going to be doing.
There was a slight miscommunication and the company I sent my molds to needed new ones. Dr. Spoor got me back in the office ASAP and sent my new molds overnight! My overall experience was a 10/10 and although her office is about an hour away, for me it was worth the drive!

It was my first experience with an audiologist and I did not know what to expect. Dr. Spoor was able to thoroughly explain the necessary testing and the interpretation of the results. She was very informative about the fitting and utilization of my first set of hearing aids. She has a very pleasant demeanor and answered all my questions until I was comfortable with the devices. I would certainly recommend her office.

Dr. Spoor and Brian were most helpful and professional at my appointment for a 6 month check-up on my cochlear implant processors. They spent construction and productive time with me, not hurrying although I know we impeded upon the next client's time. Dr. Spoor is recommended highly to all with hearing loss! I conintue to refer clients to her who report with great heraring results.

My appointment started on schedule. My hearing aids were cleaned and tested. Dr. Spoor took time to address my questions and concerns. I’m thankful that my primary care doctor recommended Designer Audiology. Hearing conversations, filtering out unwanted noise and the convenience of hearing phone calls on my hearing aids is more than I thought possible.
