My cousin needed a ride to this clinic because he need to take his cat there for checkup. I hung around and had a chance to talk to the staff and to witness their interaction with other pets that that arrive for their appointments. I was totally amazed how the staff this personally involved with their patients the moment they walk in the door. I was further surprised when I saw cats walking around the office freely that live there.
I had an opportunity to talk to staff members and even to the veterinarian briefly.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
I was in a pinch today when my normal vet was closed. My dog had an urgent situation going on and needed to be seen. After going to MedVet and Care Center thankfully Friendtown Vet squeezed us in. I am very pleased with the staff & the Veterinarian herself. I will 100% use this vet again!

Hands down the best vet!! They take very good care of our dog, Baker. Everyone has been beyond friendly and they take the time to explain the information to you. They are very reasonable in price as well. We had an emergency with one of our cats and they got us right in. We really do appreciate everything that have done for us.

Today was the first time I've ever been to this vet. I was impressed when I called to get an estimate. I was super impressed when I called back to make an appointment both times, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Today when I brought my pup in for her appointment, I was met with the same kindness. We were seen on time, and explained everything thoroughly. I believe this will be my new vet and I will take all my rescues there!!! I would do 10 Stars if there were 10!!

They saved our kitty! Our cat had to have an emergency C section. Care center and medvet both would have charged us 5 grand.
That's when we found Friendtown. They did it after hours and for 20% the price. The surgery was quick and they saved the kittens and our cat. Thank you Friendtown. You earned my loyalty. I can't express how grateful we are for you guys!

Unbelievably great! They helped us with an unexpected c-section today when nobody else would, without an appointment, and the Veterinarian even came in early for us. The staff was amazing, friendly and probably the nicest cleanest office we have ever been to. Thank you so much! We found out new family office!
