They worked hard to find us exactly what we were looking for, in the neighborhood we really wanted for a price we could afford. They negotiated with the builder which resulted in a few extra up grades and took the time to explain things every step of the way.
This was our first home and after hearing the stories from other first time buyers we realized they were looking out for our best interest. When we decided to sell, I called one of the realtors that had been swamping our home with emails and advertising. Much to my surprise he did not answer and his voice mail box was full. Shauntae is excellent. I live in north Roseville close to Fiddyment and Blue Oaks. We met at an open house a couple weeks prior to finding the house I bought. I had not spoke with any other realtors and at that moment knew I wouldn't need too. She is very bright and very professional. Shauntae found exactly what I was looking for very quickly. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Shauntae and her Team. Vicki and Shauntae met with us in early March 2017 to discuss a marketing strategy that at first seemed pretty aggressive. The strategy included yard work, painting, movers, and professional staging that all needed to occur in 3 weeks for the planned listing date.

I'm not even sure what to say. Vicki and Shauntae are amazing. We were referred to them by friends who purchased their home with their assistance. My husband and I weren't sure we were in the market because we still had a lot of saving up to do for our down payment but they stood by us for 7 months while we figured things out.
