I couldn't say enough on how great we were treated at Foothill Funeral by Sam. My husband was previously held "hostage" at Oakdale Mortuary & Memorial Park for a month. They had no update, no communication, so insensitive and even had the audacity to tell me they were going to charge me refrigeration fees because they had him too long for no fault of my own. I had my husband transferred to Foothill, Sam and her team were amazing throughout the whole process. Very communicative, gave updates and made this awful situation a little bit easier. Foothill Funeral also worked with our funeral insurance

I recently lost my dear mother. While grieving it is very difficult to deal with the arrangements of cremation. Emotions are high and can be hard to think things through.However , Samantha Sanchez went beyond mine and my family expectations in assisting us through this process . I never thought I would be reviewing a funeral and cremation place. I can't thank Sam enough for being so passionate through this whole process with my family and I. I'll never forgot the moment we said out last goodbye and she respectfully lowered her head in respect and waited patiently for us. This is a long overdue review for the kind and compassionate service I received from Samantha. My husband passed away very suddenly and I was not ready to make any sort of arrangements.
Samantha came over our house and met with my girls and I. She explained the process and pricing. She was very caring and gentle with us which is exactly what we needed at the time. She itemized the costs and provided us with a timeline and kept us updated during every step of the process. I can't thank Samantha enough for her caring and nurturing spirit. Death is never fun, it goes without saying. My mother passed in April and having hardly dealt with a passing I was lost. I called a few funeral homes who sounded annoyed that I was lost and kept referring to "the body" ewww. Then I called Foothill and right away felt I was in good hands. Every person my father and I dealt with was really the best and I thank you with all my heart.

I've never thought I would find myself in a position to review a mortuary service but I am so grateful I found Rocky and his team. I lost my fiancé last summer due to a tragic event so all this planning and figuring things out was very sudden and also confusing. After going to these large places like Rose Hill, I felt like I was spoken too as if I was being sold a car. I know business is business but it wasn't a pleasant experience. After doing research I'd thought I'd come in to Foothill to inquire about information.

I cannot say enough about Foothill Funeral & Cremation. From the call on the day that my Dad passed away until the final events this company was excellent. The companies director, Rocky Baustia, made sure that I was kept apprised every step of the way. He was so professional and such a calming person, I could not have asked for anyone better. Do not look further than this company if you are in the San Gabriel Valley and you need services for your loved one. This is the company to call. The prices were incredibly reasonable as well. The services provided by Manny and his entire staff are first class. The follow up was impeccable. Their compassion and kindness made me feel as if they were treating me as they would their own families.
Manny asked me quite a few questions about my mother. When I enquired about this he said, "I just wanted to know what kind of woman your Mother was and who she was for you." That kindness is extraordinary to me.

I called MANY MANY funeral home and cremation service places....some were cheaper...some were WAY more expensive....BUT the one thing that Foothill Funeral Home did that no other place did...was EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME. From start to finish, how it worked, how they would get my mom's body from the hospital, how it worked when she was at their facility, all the prices, etc. etc

There aren't enough "Thank You's" to express our immense gratitude to Rocky and their team for all they did for my sister. From the moment we walked in we knew we had picked the perfect place to take care of my sister's final preparations. From the record player to the hearse, everything was perfect. Rocky was thorough and extremely sensible to our situation. They accommodated to all our needs and did it with such grace and love. The day of my sister's funeral Rocky and his staff handled EVERYTHING. All we had to deal with was our grief. Thank you Foothill Funeral & Cremation for being so amazing

We had Mr. Godoy take care of my dad 5 years ago at White's in Azusa. We were happy to find out he opened up Foothill Funeral home in Glendora. He brought mom to their preparation facility in Covina and they did a great job with mom. She had lost a lot of weight but she looked at peace. My sister was recommended to Foothill, and I am glad we came here. We visited and called other places and the people at Foothill were the best.

Highly recommend. A company ran by honest and wonderful people. We had to come in from Canada to arrange for a family members funeral and had no idea what to do. Rocky and Many provided clarity and went above and beyond all expectations to smooth the procedures, and give our loved one a dignified burial we can all remember. My Dad recently passed and I was at a loss on how to proceed. I was recommended to Manny and Rocky from a dear friend and I can say I'm very satisfied with not only the way they are willing to work with you but their true genuine kindness. They have honest prices, and Rocky's kind and honest personality puts you at ease. Everyone in the office including the young pretty girl have such a warm welcoming personality. This process can be truly overwhelming but they truly help put you at ease.

Caring, Affordable and such wonderful people. I used them for my neighbor/friend. I was in charge of the expenses and Manny and Rocky made it so easy. The casket and flowers were beautiful and it was very inexpensive compared to Oakdale. They also offer pet services too which is very very thoughtful!
