I would like to say that I needed help with the droptop getting stuck on my Benz so I went to European Auto.
What a blessing !!! We got the top down and locked safely . I offered to pay and and was told to keep it.
I'll never forget that. That was a great experience for me. Thank you so much , European Auto. 😁

They scratched my hood up while "fixing" my car and then tried to get me spend more money by saying the oil light came on but actually I noticed they unplugged so that it would say that on my dashboard but they loosened the cable thinking that a girl didn't know what was going on and trying to get more money out of me, I trusted them and they totally tried to mess with me and I was used

Honest, polite and extremely knowledgeable! Had to have my engine replaced on my 2006 325i E90. The dealer "Monterey BMW" gave us the bad news first. Unhappy with the options provided by the dealership we brought the car to European Auto for a second opinion. Juan at European Auto was able to verify the diagnosis and provide us with options the dealer could not. We put a used engine that they order from a company. Bottom line is i got my car back and she runs just as strong as ever all at a price i could manage. Thanks guys!!
