If I could give them no star i would. I went to get my ball bearing changed they wanted me to pay 400 dollars for the ball bearing plus their work. They also suggest other part that were not needed. I called auto zone and the ball bearing was only 40 dollars. THEY OVER CHARGE AND MAKE YOU SPEND MONEY ON THINGS THAT ARE NOT NEEDED. They are not honest.

I needed an oil change on my car. Called them up and they said to bring it over. They were very organized. They had different bays and men who were assigned to each bay. I pulled up and they took my car and had an oil change done and tires and fluids checked. I was out of there in less than 25 min. Great customer service from the front desk as well. I found a new place to have my car's oil changed and was not gauged. I got a fair honest price. Thank you Cuevas tire service.

I went here for a tire balance this morning. My invoice was filled out very poorly. It's missing proper details such as my name, name of service, and was not asked for my signature at the bottom. Anyone could use this piece of paper and claim it as theirs. I could definitely understand if she was rushed, however I was the only customer there at the time. Also, I usually get charged 30 dollars for 2 tires and was charged 40 this time. I asked why and her explanation was "this is what we charge now". I called again later to ask why and was told bigger vehicles are a different price

After some terrible experiences at other places in town these guys were amazing. I came for an oil change. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, my information was taken, car looked at, and estimate written in 3 minutes. It was about 10-15 minutes and they were done. They quoted me a much lower price for synthetic oil for my ford fusion than everyone else in town and were very polite and professional. No haggling or trying to sell me other stuff just in and out with what I asked for. I highly recommend them.

This will now be my go to spot for an oil change. I arrived early, walked into the office and was immediately helped by a friendly man at the front desk. They are fluent in English and Spanish. My oil change was a great price. Service is impeccable, I truly trust the employees working here with Beachy (my car).

I have to return a leased car and needed some tires and didnt want to spend a fortune. A friend of mine referred me to Cuevas Tires. Hector was really helpful. He found two new ones for me and the mechanic got them installed pretty darn fast for a busy friday afternoon! I recommend Cuevas Tires. They have the best prices too. I'll definitely be back with my other vehicle when I need service.

Went in for an alignment and tire rotation excellent service. One thing i didnt like was i also mentioned if they can look at a noise i was hearing near the front tire, girl in front says theres a inspection fee of $30 i said ok thats fine ill do it she tells me sorry we cant right now the guys are busy. Even though they have my car in the bay they didnt even look .

They let me wait over 3 hours for changing oil only. They kept doing for people who come late than me a lot
Hi, you guy should take a look your customers record because in that time I just had requested and changed oil only, no tires balance. Thay took my car in tires balance station for oil changed or did something else i don't know. They promised me that it would be taken about 1 hour half for oil change but they let me waiting for 3 hours, is this true?

Great service, my car needed oil change with urgency and they have no problem to take my car without appoitment... one Friday at 4:30 pm ! 30 min wait only, Fantastic! I will came back here for sure.

I came here to get a nail removed from my tire ... I knew that I needed to get new tires soon but wasn't ready to spend the time waiting today. Well, it turns out that they could only plug my tire today and it wouldn't last that long... I drive too much for work to take that chance.
An hour and a half later I am leaving with four new tires and an alignment.... that quick!
