I had a great experience working with Charlie Bolles. He did a great job at walking me through each step of the process and was great and answering questions. The property I purchased was a For Sale by Owner and he did an excellent job at working with them to get the deal done. I cannot recommend Martha Olla enough to anyone looking for a home. We were looking for a small place to settle into and build some equity with a super tight budget while planning a wedding.
