We welcome your domestic pet if it is a bird or fish with written approval from our on-site management team. No reptiles or exotic animals please. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons. PET OVERVIEW: Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year old, are welcome at our community.

Once approved, the team will provide you with an electronic lease agreement and work with you to register for our resident portal. You will receive a code and location for a lockbox where you can pick up your keys and move in to your new home at your convenience.
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.

The website says one thing that there are spaces available but when you call to schedule a tour or make an appointment they tell you that there aren’t any available. This is false information and false advertisement unless they are not being completely honest about availability there. This community should be investigated for discrimination.

I have lived at Brenton at Abbey almost 5 years and I am very happy of all the improvements the new management has done and the new employees the new manager Liliana has done an incredible work at keeping the community safe and the Service Manager Carlos is always on top of the community and keeping all well kept. Thank you guys for making me feel safe at all times! Very recommended community!

I give five but honestly it should be four had a few issues with pricing. The staff friendly and welcoming attitude why I gave five. First I was told last minute about the $85 washer and dryer monthly fee. So I had two choices either pay the $85 monthly fee or pay another deposit of $790. So I was pretty much forced into the washer and dryer. Next on the website it listed the place at one monthly price (hence why I decided on an apartment and not a house) but once I got my lease to sign it went up by $400. I guess when you’re renting without housing you get a lower price and with housing higher

I have to admit I do not usually give reviews but Gabriela and Liliana have really made me write one. They are both very nice and sweet. They have helped me throughout the whole process by answering my phone calls, responding my many questions, and calling back when I needed help with something. I had a little trouble understanding some things but their help has really made my application process smooth. Gaby and Lily are both very sweet and helpful. I am glad two efficient ladies are the face of these apartments… makes me want to move in soon!

This apartment complex is great! Quiet, clean and updated. Parking is never a problem and it feels very safe. I had to relocate for work, and was stressed out, Liliana went above and beyond to help me with Such a smooth transition. Overall its Super Clean and a well taken care of community. Love the modern feel of the apartment, Makes me happy to come home from work. Liliana is always super helpful and gets back to my emails promptly, thats the type of person you want running the place! Very happy I’m here, Highly recommend!
