We had such a wonderful time working with Kathy during the process of buying our home. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect, especially in this market. We appreciated how Kathy talked through the entire process of buying a home with us during our initial consultation and made sure we equipped with the knowledge and resources we needed to succeed. Jill Campbell is beyond fantastic! She was always a quick text or call away and wins a prize for customer service in my book. She helped me purchase a home and in this competitive market I was under contract after seeing only 3 homes! I am a licensed contractor in multiple states and have a lot of industry knowledge. When it came time for me to sell my home and relocate, I knew I needed to use Kathy and her team. They are experts and brought some new ideas to our strategy which caused my home to sell in the first week. A word of advice: Listen to the staging professional. When it comes time to sell you have to downsize the items you have in your home.
