Nothing but great things to say about having Megan Cortez as our Realtor. We had a time crunch, were very very VERY picky, and had lots of requests for our perfect home. First she paired us up with an AWESOME lender - which was vital. In one month I think we saw every house available on the SE side of town and Megan never missed a beat and was always happy to take us by and give us all the info ASAP. We moved to Ocala from Ohio and Megan Cortez was such a HUGE help. We knew nothing about the area and we only had 6 weeks to find and close on a house!! We came down one weekend and the first house she showed us we fell in love with!!! ❤💙 She did all of the leg work for us and made everything go so smoothly! Alex listed my villa for rent and he found me a renter in less than a week for $100 more than I was originally hoping for. Meridian's attention to detail made the entire process quite easy for me. They scheduled a professional photographer to come stage and photograph, and a handyman to fix the small items I've been meaning to get to for over a year. If they deliver this level of service with their rental management division, I can only imagine how dedicated they would be listing a home for sale. I may be selling another of my properties soon, and will definitely use them to list it.
