Did a really great job and there was no pressure to fix things that could be held off until next time. Front Office was very friendly and worked around my oddball work schedule. I will definitely go back when I need repairs to my Mini done. Defiantly would suggest they try them out. Very friendly, professional and kept me in the loop during the entire service; no surprises.

I brought my Porsche in for a check engine light issue. They diagnosed the issue and had it fixed the same day at a reasonable price. The staff was also very friendly and updates and service reminders were sent before and during the visit.

We have used Euro Motors for about 3 years for service on my used Sprinter van with the Mercedes chassis, and diesel engine. They have done simple oil changes, fixed the supercharger, suspension problems and corrected many other issues. If you own a Mercedes or other German vehicle, they are well made, but in my experience, you will need a good mechanic to keep it running as intended. Euro Motors can do the for you. They are helpful, nice and professional. Very pleased.
Recently added solar panel, lithium batteries and all needed additional equipment to make it work and monitor usage. Not inexpensive

I can't say enough about Auburn Euro Motors! Our van broke down outside of Downeyville and we were left stranded overnight by AAA. We are from Santa Cruz and were trying to figure out the best strategy to get home and to get our van fixed.
We were towed into Auburn to Euro Motors after a fortunate recommendation by a local tow truck driver. From the moment we stepped in the door we were treated with kindness and compassion. We were brought to Starbucks (they did have coffee but we wanted a snack too) while they performed a diagnostic check. We were overwhelmed with trying to figure out our situation

This shop has serviced my Volvo since I have lived in the area. As a mechanics daughter, I have always found them to be straightforward and honest. After owning my car for 15 years, and with 170K+ miles on it, it was time to let it go. The radiator blew after a trip to the Bay Area and they were extremely upfront about the costs involved to fix the radiator and the possible damage overheating caused, while it would have served them to repair my car, they were honest enough to let me know that it wasn't worth it. Was able to get an appointment the next day at 8am and had the oil change done for my daughters Mini Cooper. Just took all day, received a call around 2:30 and by the time I was able to get my ducks in a row I picked up 1/2 hour before closing. They would have housed the car if I needed more time though. So no pressure from them. It just didn't work for my schedule. Good service overall. They gave a list of todos for the car. Unsure if prices are competitive as I just moved to the area.

The team at Euro Motors is absolutely top notch. The admin staff was courteous and responsive during every interaction and was kindly willing to accommodate my busy schedule. The issues with my vehicle we're diagnosed within a day of dropping it off and repaired within a day of receiving the needed parts. Christoph, the Service Manager, continuously provided me with updates on the job status and was a pleasure to work with. Overall, great service and efficient operations!

Not trustworthy. I had previous repairs and maintenance completed on my VW and they recommended some of the same services without even verifying they were actually needed. Had them diagnose an AC issue and my initial estimate of work doubled after I gave them the go ahead. Look elsewhere for Euro Repair. There's a reason this shop can get you in their schedule right away. I should have known. The good shops can't get you in for a week.

Impeccable service. We called from the road and they got us in first thing the next morning. The waiting area was pleasant and the staff was professional and friendly. If I lived in the area I would bring my Sprinter here for anything it needed. They turned a stressful situation (check engine light going on first day of an RV trip) into an enjoyable morning.

I recently was referred to this shop by another mechanic friend of mine. He only fixes BMWs and I have a 2006 Mercedes sprinter. They were very kind to fit me in and get me taken care of quickly.
I don't consider myself to be an expert mechanic but I had a pretty good idea of what was happening with the vehicle and a rough budget in mind. I felt like they're pricing was very fair for the service that they provided. They were done with my vehicle quickly so I could get back to work.

Christoph at Euro Motors is consistently serving exceptionally great service. This place has maintained our four cars for the last 3 years. Reasonable rates, great service and super friendly staff. They even gave me a ride home when stranded and then provided a free rental car at no charge when my car was being serviced for a week!! When i First Started using Euro Motors I loved them I even tried to get people to switch to them. Unfortunately I can't say that any more. I started going to Euro Motors when I got my Pre Purchase Inspection on my VW Jetta 2005.5. I was very impressed with the inspection being that the car sat for 2 months and returned to sitting after the inspection. I was informed about a few things that were very important to me buying the car (Vacuum Pump, Broken Mirror, Blower Motor, Trunk Latch, alignment and a couple little things). Long story short I fixed a couple things that were broken

Euro motors provides exceptional service to all german makes of cars. I have been taking my audi there for years now and I would never take it to anyone else.
I've had them replace my belts and water pump, exhaust manifold, turbo, two coolant leeks, ABS, other little things, and they do all my oil changes as well.
Service time is quick, and quality is ALWAYS high - one of the mechanics even took the time to straighten out my front end and flush up the bumper after a repair (the damage was after a prior accident).
I can even call them whenever I need to when I'm out on the road for
