Excellent service and even better pricing for too quality tires. They also perform alignments, brakes, and other automotive needs. The owner, Justin Johnson knows this business better than anyone I know. Maybe that's a result of driving late model race cars? Not sure but he and his staff can more than answer any questions you might have.

BEWARE... Very unsafe. Employees aren't wearing masks, no social distancing and no sanitizer ANYWHERE!! Also, I was mislead regarding the tires I purchased.

On June 24, North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper announced that mask use would be required for both customers and employees inside businesses statewide. ... Responsibility for enforcing the policy largely falls on businesses, WHICH COULD BE FINED IF THEY FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE ORDER

Nick is the real MVP at Thrifty Tire he’s very friendly, helpful and understanding!!!! I been looking for a Canister vent valve for over a month for my truck in all the wrong places obviously. But with one phone call to Nick and the crew at Thrifty Tire they was able to hunt me one down. Not to mention they liable and have very reasonable prices. Thanks Guys

I was told that my tires would be the online price from my quote, plus the cost of an alignment. I was given a total price, including taxes, before I agreed to have my tires put on. When i go to check out I am told that there will be a 3% fee added for using my debit card. You would think that if I am paying $1000 for tires and an alignment, you… would have plenty of room to pay your "credit card fee." I can shop at Food Lion and buy a $0.50 pack of bubble gum and not get charged a fee. This is ridiculous!!!! They hide this fee from the price of the tires so they look cheaper, but in reality

BUT DIDNT LISTEN TO MY ORDERS ON CAR. TOLD THEM TO INSPECT TIRES. PULL OR CAP ANY METAL IN TIRES. GO TO CAR. AND METAL IS THERE. SO THEY TELL ME NOTHING IN TIRE. REALLY?? SO I WALK IN SERVICE AREA ..... AND SAID I MARKED TIRE....… I FOUND IT. AND THEY TOOK IT OUT. NOTHING WRONG. WITH TIRE. BUT STILL ... TO BE ON SAFE SIDE. LOOK WHEN TOLD ....SO NO DAMAGE IS DONE. I purchased my 4 tires at the south Boston va store the employees were AWESOME and very FAST! However, they couldn't do alignments so I was sent to danville store. which you should expect a much longer wait there as they do so much more. its recommended to arrive early in the morning. Sam and Clyde were very courteous and helpful.

As I was loading up my car to head out of town I noticed that the tread on my tire was starting to separate from the tire. In other words, I was not going to make it very far up the interstate in the current state my tire was in. I stopped by another Tire Shop that was a little closer to my house, but after they said they wanted to charge me a crazy amount I did a google search called Thrifty Tire.
