Neal's Garage is happy to announce free nitrogen fill up for your tires. The pressure in nitrogen filled tires will change when temperature changes just as it would with regular air. However, nitrogen does not contain the moisture and other contaminants found in compressed air. Therefore, when you drive and the tires heat up - the nitrogen filled tires will fluctuate less in temperature and pressure than regular air filled tires while driving.
A tire rotation helps increase the length of life for your tires. The last thing you want is a blown tire due to uneven wear of the tires. If you have tires that are already having uneven wear your tires will wear even quicker on the off-side. Bring your car in today and have our professional ASE certified mechanics to take a look at your tires to see if a rotation is needed.

If you have a sports car or do plenty of highway driving, then you want to consider investing into high-performance tires. High-performance tires typically use a softer rubber compound to increase the traction. This increase of traction helps you keep on the road when making tight turns. The softer rubber unfortunately makes the softer thread wear away quicker.

If the actions of the individual driving the company’s car in Florida on Thanksgiving are any indication of the courtesy and professionalism of the business, then there is no way I would ever trust this company with my vehicle.
Swerving in and out of traffic with no turn signal, brake checking people and flipping off anyone who “dared” look at them due to their actions, hopefully the FHP caught up to them after the actions were reported.

I have been taking my vehicles to Neal’s for many years now and have always had a pleasant experience. They are highly professional, knowledgeable and have a quick turnaround. I think this place is taking their old age and generally good reputation for granted, big time. I was overcharged by at least $20 for an oil change (total $95!) and with an appointment they didn't start on my car until a half hour after I got there. Also, they've suggested repairs inconsistently and their estimates are ridiculously high priced.

I came here to have my NC state inspection done. I called before going and they had same day availability. The service was fast (about 40 mins) and very friendly. They gave some suggestions of potential things I might want to get done in the future, but there was no pressure to get services I didn't need. Overall a great and easy experience.

I only wish I knew about Neal’s sooner!! I started to hear grinding when braking. Went online Saturday and requested an appointment at Neal’s after hearing great things about their shop from a few people I know that have used them and know cars better than I do. When they opened again Monday morning, their response was quick and I received a confirmation for the exact time and date I requested. Super easy scheduling. Showed up for my appointment and they were running on time. Repairs ended up being more extensive than I anticipated and they took time to explain why and what needed to be done

Went there to get an oil change and my AC fixed. They told me the freon was low (assumably they filled it to see if there's a leak) but they think the compressor is broken and recommend replacing it. I told them I'd hold off on replacing it for now. Bill was $152 for the oil change + inspection. My AC works fine now, so now I'm not sure they were right in saying the compressor is broken, but maybe its not working as well as it could be?

I call on Tuesday and had an appointment for the next day. My alternator belt came off. One of the pulleys were completely missing so I had the alternator belt kit installed, which included replacing all the pulleys. Got my car back quickly. The people were professional! I am pleased and car runs great!

I love Neal's! I get nervous choosing a mechanic because I'm a young woman who knows nothing about cars and don't want to feel taken advantage of, but the people at Neal's have always made me feel welcome and like I'm in charge of my own vehicle. Took my truck up for an overview and tune-up. The customer service was excellent and the truck is running better than it ever has. I was especially impressed with the headlight restoration treatment. My lights had a yellow haze which took away from the shine of the truck but after the treatment, they look brand new. Scott has a great group of guys who know what they are doing. Highly recommend Neal's Garage.

I dropped off my car at 6:45am to have a car inspection done and check tire pressure. When I came back at 3:45pm to pick my car, the service was not done. The manager stated that the machine has been having trouble the entire day. However, the customer before me just had a car inspection done. ( I happen to listen that she fail inspection) THEY ARE LIERS AND PROVIDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My car was there more than 7 hours and the service was never done?? How can I take them serious when they lie right to my face.

First, let me say, I can't speak to the quality of their work because we didn't really get that far. And I have nothing negative to say about the shop as it appeared clean and well maintained. My issue was with the way they handled the quote. I called to get a ballpark quote for very specific work. I was very clear about parts, make/model and what was needed for the repair. Person I spoke to gave me what seemed like a reasonable quote for the work needed. I dropped the car off and got a ride back only to turn around two hours later and pick it back up after finding out the REAL cost was

I have a love-hate relationship with my car. Being in multiple loaners and rentals over the last couple of weeks made me realize, even more, how much I appreciate her design, pick-up, and responsiveness. However: she is needy. And has already demanded lots of TLC in the short time I've owned her.
