I always enjoy going to Northgate Auto Service. They were close to my job, but now I go because I find them to be honest and efficient. I arrived just before my appointment time, they went to work and I was out in about 20 minutes. I will continue to travel the extra distance for their personal service. Thanks Blake!

I didn’t get car service here but I can speak to their customer service. I got a flat tire down the street and pulled into Northgate Auto. Hunter greeted me and told me I’d need a new tire and my old one couldn’t be salvaged. He offered to order a new one but it might take a day. While I wait for a tow, he let me use his phone charger (my phone was dying and I needed it to communicate with the tow). They let me park in an empty spot on their property while I waited. THANK YOU HUNTER so much for helping me during a hectic time!

Let me just start by saying that Pia is such an incredibly warm and helpful human being. She was friendly, genuine, and very communicative. You should go to Northgate simply to work with her because she makes a slightly intimidating and stressful situation manageable. And I didn't know such honesty existed in the automotive service world! I dropped off my car and after test driving it they simply asked me what it was that I thought was wrong with it (apparently my car was in much better shape than I realized). They could've very easily lied and fabricated things that needed to be done, but they

The staff shortage currently shows which is affecting the quality of work. Vehicle had been there 2 weeks and I had to reach out on multiple occasions before they finally got the car in. They sent a text stating the car was ready but the repairs were short lived because as soon as I picked the car up and test drove, the AC wasn't working, the oil light was flashing, there was a misfire, and the steering wheel turn was still hard. Had to return twice in 2 days after waiting 2 weeks.. We ended up at the dealer and the owner did refund our money but it was a headache!

These people are great! They replaced my radiator and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them! The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful and I knew that I had found an honest and great place to get all my automotive work done. It's hard to find someone you can trust to do good and dependable work but these guys surpass my expectation!

The owner and his employees are kind and courteous. Excellent customer service and hard working people. They have the absolute best mechanic around Toney who has 30+ years under his belt. They do everything they can to figure out what is wrong with your vehicle. They do speedy inspections all depending on if they find something that needs to be fixed. And they definitely are not like some businesses out there that make up stuff being wrong with your car that's not just to get money out of you. They are the most honest and real people you will ever meet in the auto service industry.
