Do use ONLY water based (oil-free) eye make-up and eye make-up remover: Use a small, cotton based tipped applicator to gently remove eye-make up. Do schedule a refill Session with your Pretty MInks Lash Artist: The natural lash life cycle is about 100 days and the eyelash extensions may fall off during this period of negligent care by client.
To provide high standards of service, we ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable rules. With regard to appointment cancellation fees, these are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to clients and patients when they make the appointments.
