Terry at Simply Cremations was professional, empathetic and compassionate. He did not oversell us anything and worked well with the pre-paid cremation services we bought years ago in Virginia for my dad. All of the costs were made clear to us and he made his responsibilities known to us as well--recommending the number of death certificates we needed, assuring us that social security would be contacted by them, etc. Dad died almost three months ago. Mom died two weeks ago in Virginia and the cremation company is horrible in comparison to Terry at Simply Cremations.
