I have brought my ATV to be serviced here on several occasions. On each occasion the repair was over $400. Most recently I brought my ATV in for service because it wouldn't start. When the tech diagnosed the machine they said "there is no problem" then a few days later I received a phone call stating that it would cost over $800 to repair my AT vehicle that was supposed to be just fine. Supposedly, I needed a new carburetor and a carb flush to the tune of $877. At which point I decided to pick up my ATV. They sold me $26 fuel additive that I could buy online for $6. I will add that

Thanks to Big Paul, I was able to purchase a hard to find KTM 790 Adv R. I was able to do everything over the phone with Big Paul's help. I drove up from Austin to Rockwall, everything was ready. I was at the dealer no more than 45 mins, in and out.
Once I got home I had questions, Big Paul was available to answer my questions or get the right tech.

Came in today to get a helmet fitted to me and see which ones would be the best for me. Caitlin was very helpful with showing me the different kinds of street helmets and how they are going to feel at first compared to how worn in helmets feel/hold up. Everything is thought out nicely how the set up is in and around the building. It made my experience here quick and to the point .

Need to learn answers your phone, parts department. I was planning on spending a bunch on money. Not a fan of listening to phone ring and ring and no one attending to the phone for five minutes, finally gave up and hung up. I bought a part and was not correct on my part . It was a big hassle to exchange the part treated me like I was bother to them. The males at the counter where treated nicely and respectably, but me as a woman was treated like crap. I felt like they treated me differently and less important because I was a women. I don't like how they made me feel stupid. They need work

Called to get service on a 2001 GL 1800. Was told "I wouldn't touch that bike" because it's over 10 years old. The GL1800 in this format was in production thru 2013. I was told I would struggle to find anyone who would be willing to work on it. So the next call I made of course they were willing to help out. Poor customer service will lead to its closure. If you have a bike greater than 10 years old, they do not want your business.

The salesmen are kind and respectful they always make sure you are helped, however ive had a very bad time with the parts salesmen, they dont seem to care for what you need help with or while one of them are helping you the other 3 are busy talking about there personal problems rather then taking care of there job, and when one of them are helping you they seem to careless about the part you need or if they can genuinely help you out. They have ordered the wrong part for me before, which isnt a big deal but the fact that they didnt seem to care striked a nerve.

This place had a pretty good selection to choose from, staff was pretty friendly. And I got the bike I wanted at what I thought was a good price. Until they sold me on a maintenance plan, which I was told would only add 10 dollars to my monthly payments. Which for what I was told I would get wasn't really a terrible price, on a 72 month plan it should have come out to $720 dollars after interest. Well I should of looked deeper into everything because they charged over 1600 before interest. And then I was told later that it's non cancellable, despite the fact that it wasn't for the

I worked with Darrell... Who was patient and thorough. Extremely knowledgable, and gave me good instruction about operating and maintaining my new bike. I shopped around and he gave me the best price.

The Rockwall Honda/Yamaha Sales Manager, Brian Ralph, should he working in a shady Used Car dealership instead. Beware of his bait and switch tactics.
Recently purchased my third ride from this dealership, a Yamaha Waverunner and trailer. Negotiated price over internet. $ X plus t,t&l.
When I ultimately reviewed the closing statement, Brian charged me an additional $89 "Handling Fee". He said it was for checking out the PWC before delivery. Very Questionable charge, some would say dishonest.
Charge was never mentioned in negotiations and is a bogus way to either enhance
