They have provided excellent professional service over the past 14 years. Dave and Cindy McFadden have always been responsive and do their best to be competitive to meet my family insurance needs for home and auto. We left them for a couple of years for a better auto rate from a competitor. We went back to McFadden because they offered a better plan and rate with a new insurance company, but mostly because the competitor’s service did not measure up to the level we always received from McFadden. Anyone can offer insurance, but quality of service goes a long way to complete the peace of mind one

This company provides advice! They research and will come back with options. Everytime we call them they are responsive. Insurance is tricky as you need someone who is in this business for the long haul not just a quick commission. Give them a chance and you will be pleasantly surprised as we were. Dave and his staff were always very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had a question or concern.
