I’ve been my Building’s Board President for a few years now. We switched to Pure PM about a year ago and have overall been happy we made the change. They answer phone calls and emails texts and respond to questions quickly. I like the way I can see a copy of a bill so I
feel that they are not hiding anything from us or marking up costs to make money. We had a roof leak recently that impacted the building hallways and also damaged several units and Pure was very responsive and helpful. For less than we had been paying our old management co, we are getting a lot better service, nicer people
