Tomasz did a wonderful job fixing my hot water heater. He figured out what was wrong very quickly, did a temporary repair and than went to see if he could find the parts needed to do a permanent repair. He found the parts needed, returned quickly and did the repair. I was very pleased with his desire to do this repair in a prompt and professional manner.

Marcos and Raul both did a great job fixing the leak in my window. Marcos showed up immediately when I put in the emergency maintenance request to check out the leak/help me move my couch, and then returned a few days later to patch up the hole the leak caused. Raul came by after that to paint it. Overall really appreciative for their help!

Wilson and Tomasz did an amazing job at replacing 2 windows. It was super efficient and it looks fantastic now (they even painted the frame, and did the same for the third window.) Also they are very nice people to chat with. Thanks for the great work!
Wanted to add that Historic Downtown Property Management also painted the hallway perfectly. Very nice and precise work! Besides the clean and efficient work, Max is a very nice guy, very professional. Great job, highly recommended!

We received a prompt response to a maintenance request that we submitted to the property management. Our issue was noted and a technician was scheduled to come in as soon as possible. Sergio was WONDERFUL with our last maintenance request.
