The other reviews were obviously written by ardent employees. Ardent management is lazy, sloppy and unprofessional. Their hack work is typical of the level of incompetence one can generally expect in Jersey City.
I am a retired home improvement professional and I can state without reservation that all the work Ardent subcontracted because they don't do much work themselves was incompetent hack work that is a disgrace and embarrassment to any self-respecting professional. These incompetents leave a mess and don't even clean up after they're done doing atrocious

Lived in an Ardent property last year and I can't recommend them enough. The team is friendly, responsible, and quick to eradicate any problem that could arise. I'm not sure if the landlords were employed by Ardent, but they were great people as well, friendly and helpful.
Ardent even reimbursed us after a mistake was realized on their end, a mistake that we never would have known about! So they're ethical as well.
Very good company with whom I hope the next property management company I deal with can compare!
