Services Include : Basic service of funeral director and staff, removal of your loved one within a 30 mile radius of the funeral home (any mileage over the 30 miles will be charged an additional mileage charge of $2.50 per loaded mile.), embalming (additional charge will be applied for autopsy / restorative care), cosmetics, dressing, casketing of remains, 50 color funeral bulletins, personalized register book, viewing 1 hour prior to service start time, funeral ceremony at gravesite within a 30 mile radius of the funeral home (any mileage over the 30 miles will be charged an additional mileage charge of $2.50 per loaded mile.), 20 gauge steel non-gasketed casket, and online obituary on our website.
Services Included : Professional services of licensed funeral director, removal of your loved one within a 30 mile radius of the funeral home (any mileage over the 30 miles will be charged an additional mileage charge of $2.50 per loaded mile.), refrigeration, filling of all necessary legal paperwork, cremation of your loved one's remains (any remains that exceed 250 lbs.

This funeral service has exhibited the epitome of excellence in their service and their business practices. They performed services for me in April 2020 when my Mother passed away and then again in November 2021 when my Son passed away.

We had a wonderful experience at RM Ferguson Funeral Service for my father. As this is the first passing in the family that we have had living down here we had no idea where to turn to and although we had many reservations at first mostly because of the distance it was from our home, we quickly felt at ease the moment we went there. Mr. Ferguson stopped what he was doing and hugged us in the parking lot to console us, everything we had questions of he took so much time to help answer including what happens afterwards and where to turn. I highly, highly recommend them.

Quite honestly they were the most reasonable I could find, as my disabled son and I lived on my Social Security only.
I was more than surprised and pleased at the professionalism and honest care that was extended to me. From coming to my home to take my son's body away, in the middle of the night, to the very end.

Even though there were a few hiccups, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make things right. Even making a 2.5 hour one way trip to deliver the ashes and urn. I hope to never use them again (for obvious reasons), but if the need arises I would not hesitate to use them. They were beyond gracious and kind to our family.

I give this a 2 star because of the lack of communication is terrible I understand that I takes time to do funerals I get that l! But the communication for the director isn’t my ideal of how I director should be! First I did even get a call that they had came and got the body and had it at the funeral! I feel that should be automatic especially when someone is grieving, I have to call to see if the body is there?? Why?? That’s should have been the first thing they did after they identified her or whatever they do! Then after that, the director doesn’t really explain the process( mind you
