Also known as gum disease.this is a serious infection in your gums that is mainly caused by bacterial plaque that is constantly forming on your teeth. When plaque isn't removed by brushing, flossing and regular dental cleanings, it can turn to tartar-a hard substance that can only be removed by a dentist.
The space within the root of each of your teeth is called a 'root canal, ' and within that canal there is dental pulp which consists of soft tissue, nerves and blood vessels. Tooth decay or trauma can cause damage to your dental pulp which results in infection that if left untreated, can spread to the bone around your tooth, resulting in the loss of the tooth.

Dr.Al-Harazneh is by far the best dentist in the central coast area. I've had dental issues all my life and been to a few dentists in the area from Lompoc to SLO,while some are good none matches up Dr. Al-Harazneh's professionalism and honesty. He is very thorough, honest never pushy and always recommends only what's needed and explains all the options. His patient's interests are no doubt his first and last priority. Office staff are very friendly and accommodating and not once have I had an issue secheduling an appointment. When I needed a root canal they scheduled me the same day. All my family

Dr.Al-Harazneh is top notch in his dentistry profession. I've been to other dentists and always had dental issues since a young age, he is by far the best. He is extremely honest, very professional and will only recommend what you need never pushy and runs an extremely ethical practice. Dr.Abdallah was very kind and considerate in his manner. He addressed my concerns and anxiety about what I had been told by a previous dentist. Other dentists may tell you your situation is a lot worse than it really is just to make more money off you, but Dr.Abdallah was the complete opposite. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Al-Harazneh for the past 8 years, and I have no complaints. He does a clean and honest job. He explains everything very clear and well, and only wants the best for his patients. He is the first dentist that causes me no pain at all and I confidently recommend him. Excellent customer service. The environment is very clean. I highly recommend this place to all my close friends and family looking for a dentist. I had a hard time finding a dentist I could trust in the past but I am so relieved to have found Dr. Al-Harazneh as he did an excellent job saving me from almost needing a root canal with his careful and thorough work.
