First visit she tried selling me a $500 teeth whitening system. 2nd visit tried selling me a $500 mouth guard that my insurance would not cover (I never grind my teeth). 3rd visit she ended up talking me into Invisalign. She insisted it would only take me 18 months but 3.5 years later I still had them and my teeth were worse than before. She couldn't get my canines to move so she kept shaving my actual teeth!! My bite is completely off now as well. Once I voiced my concerns she got very rude and unprofessional. It was like she was a complete different person!!! Well almost 4 years later and

Don't bother unless you want to be constantly sold. I tried for a while (2 years) because the desk staff and Steve are great, but literally every visit there is some major investment you need to make, which they are happy to tell you insurance will cover. My recent visit was the last straw. I've never had a cavity in my life but this "new technology" they've adopted that the dentist assured me was 100% accurate detected 11 cavities. The sales pitch was painful to sit through! I will not be back.

I have been going to Dr. Baldivez office for over a decade. I am always greeted with a smile and a hello like visting a long time friend. I appreciate that Dr. Baldivez and staff always have my best interests at heart. They always take the time to listen to my concerns as well as do their best to put me at ease. My husband and now my children also go to their office. My kids LOVE Dr. and her staff. Thank you for being there for us and hope for many years to come!

Dr. Carolyn Baldiviez is the best dentist I've ever been to. She explained everything and told me all of my options. Other dentists have trouble getting my mouth numb enough but she was patient and kind and made sure I was happy before starting any work. I have been a patient for 2 years and will be forever!

I went to this dentist three times and while the experience was ok, it was not great. She focuses on, or wants to focus on, cosmetic dentistry and was constantly trying to sell me on $500 tooth whitening even though my teeth are perfectly normal/white enough.
The kicker was when she told me I needed to purchase a $500 bite plate that my insurance didn't cover. I told her I couldn't afford it at that time and then the very next visit she tried to sell me $500 tooth whitening again. If I couldn't afford a bite plate, why would I get the whitening?
