Very friendly staff and took the time to explain the procedures being done and honest with me about everything. If you're looking for a good dentist then definitely check them out. Not a fan of dentist but I needed to search for one for a medical clearance. Found Mai Dental Care, and everyone in the office were very kind and personable from the very first visit. The dentist was very good and during my visits the dental assistant was also attentive and checked on me to make sure I was okay during my procedures. Everything was done with the utmost care and consideration of the patient.

I recently received dental benefits from my employer and found Mai dental through the participating providers list. I went through the google reviews and decided to make an appointment. I had a lot of old fillings that fell out and knew i probably needed at least one root canal. I am not a fan of the dentist. They were able to schedule my exam and consultation quickly. At the appointment, they diagnosed what i already knew i needed done. They were able to provide me with a plan that addressed my oral care concerns. I was having really bad bad toothache pain and called them and they took me in right away. Dr.Sheoran did a good job and staff Cynthia were super nice. I completely recommend them , I didn’t feel any pain when doing the procedure. They really care for you and explain every single step. They keep on checking on you after your procedure was done to see how you’re doing. I’ve never felt more comfortable and taken care of :)

The staff at Mai Dental is unparalleled. I am terrified of the dentist office and was extremely anxious upon arrival, but I was pleasantly surprised at the calming attentiveness given to me on both of my visits thus far. The staff took great care to check in with me repeatedly during my procedures to make sure I was comfortable and well. Both the doctor and staff are amazing. The office is lovely and modern and the doctor is thorough and organized. After the initial examination a full treatment plan was laid out in advance to ensure proper care. I had to reschedule my original appointment because they could not find my dental plan that was going to end in December but they did find the two plans I have that started in January. So made a new appointment early January. Few days after I rescheduled they called to tell me they found the plan. Well that is useless now. Come January More than an hour into my appointment I am told they can only find one of the plans and it's not accepted and that they believe old plan that ended in December is still active. I was initially referred to Mai Dental by a friend as I had a cracked tooth and needed immediate attention when many offices were closed due to COVID. After my initial visit, I experienced weeks of low grade dental pain after a temporary crown was placed. When I returned 3 weeks later to receive a permanent crown, the dental assistant removed and discarded the temporary crown before it was determined that the new porcelain crown was improperly manufactured and could not be used. This meant that I had to have a new temporary crown made and had to wait 3 additional weeks for the new permanent

Definitely recommend mai dental care. First time going there for my consultation they were very informative on what was being done and how my insurance worked/covered. First procedure I was very nervous but Dr Sheoran made sure I felt no pain was feeling comfortable. She also explained everything that was going on. Will def continue to come here. Had a great experience here and I would recommend this place to anyone. The dentist is very thorough, personable and professional. The staff is very friendly especially Cristina and there is a huge variety of services offered at this office from regular routine dental care, whitening and even wisdom teeth removal and a lot more. Dr. Sheoran is an amazing dentist! She is very warm, inviting and really puts pride in her work. Upon my very first appointments with her, she was warm and friendly. She asked me some questions and we exchanged some funny remarks which put me at ease and lightened the dental visit. She is very funny! Anyways, she takes a look at my xrays, takes a look at my mouth, and then reclines me up( which has a massage option!) she shows my xrays on a screen and proceeds to teach me how to read them!
