They chose a great stager and photographer, and even brought flowers to the photo shoot when I was too busy to get to it. They were ALWAYS available, even during the birth of a baby. A big shoutout to Matthew Biggers of Team Sterling, KW Buckhead. What a great experience we had with hi mas our Realtor. We decided it was time to sell our wonderful condo in the heart of Buckhead/Midtown. The list and sales prices for our building have always been a little crazy and never really made sense to us. Units on higher floors with great views would sell for less than same size units on lower floors without the great view of the city. There were also extra parking spots and storage units that we didn't have and wondered if we could get what we wanted/needed to move on.
