I was only washing one load and I looked in iPhone maps for a laundry service. It gave me this location but said they were open until 10. The hours were wrong but the attendant was kind enough to let me wash my small load and dry it while he was finishing his work. This location is very clean and everything gets sanitized. I will come back when I need to wash a small or large load for sure.

I'll add an update after the owner responded. 70-80% at 9? When the cut off time is 10? So, no care for the customers time is what I get from that response. Which makes sense because no one said anything about not being able to do it that day until AFTER I dragged my 8 bags inside. Then had the nerve to glare and huff when I asked for help taking it all back to my car. Maybe they do need to hire more people but the lack of concern for the customers time and service is apparent.

It's a good laundromat, I think. Its clean inside and the laundry comes out clean. I primarily come here for the large machines that are safe to wash my quilts and other large items in. The washing machines are side-loaded, so they're gentler (I have an agitator type washing machine at home). They have a range of options, for washing. The payment card machine is a little annoying because it takes credit card payments at a minimum of 10 dollars. The other people who come here seem fine to me, no one is douchy from what I can tell.

This is by far my favorite laundry place in the city of Pasadena!! The main man that works here named Rei is so cool !! he keeps everything clean and tidy like always! every time I go the place smells nice and is always and I mean always clean!! If you need anything or have questions he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!! I like this place because they have washing machines that are ozone the machines gets your clothes clean and bacteria free

ONLY come here if you have LOTS of money to spend on doing your laundry. A small load cost me $2.90 and to dry was .60 cents for 10 minutes and I needed 40 minutes to dry my clothes so that’s $2.40. Total cost to wash $5.30.
At a regular affordable laundromat it’s $1.50 to wash and .25 cent for 10 minutes for 40 minutes that’s $1.00 - total wash $2.50. NEVER again will I come here. OH don’t forget you can’t use quarters!!! You have to buy a cash card to insert into the washers and dryers🤬

The water at this place is great. The washers didn't get all the soap out of my clothes though so I had to spend more time and money to run them through again. The dryers take about 30 minutes to dry 4 bath towels - but only give you 10 minutes of time so they cost triple what you think they will. If I had more towels to dry I imagine it would have taken an hour OR I would have needed to use two dryers. I may be back but will try some other places first. One nice thing is that they have easy parking in the back and also an attendant on site. They have vending machines and are very close to

I have been using the Pasadena Laundry for quite some time. The machines are clean, the Laundry Card is a great idea. No needed for actual coins especially now since the Banks are enduring a 'Coin shortage'. The Ladies that work for Pasadena Laundry are ALWAYS NICE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
Shout out to Dinow(sp). She was very personable when i needed a bit of help with one of the washers during my last visit on 9-1 or 9-2.

I've been using their drop off laundry service for just about ten years. I've never been disappointed and always appreciate the great service. Gabby in particular is always so attentive, friendly and remembers just about every customers name. THAT is great customer service. Thanks to Gabby and all the other hardworking folks here who have worked throughout the pandemic. One of the best laundry services in Pasadena for sure.

Great machines and service. I get my and my babies’ clothes for fluff and fold service here for a month now and their machines get rid of the baby spit smells. And they accommodate special requests of which clothes to fold and hang and I provide my own baby hangers so it’s faster for me to store back in our closets, and they don’t charge extra for it. This place was recommended to me by the acupuncturist whom I rent space from. Since things slowly started opening up, I found myself getting busier and busier. I no longer had time to do the linens myself. I am so grateful to Dinora and Gabby for their hard work in in making my job as a massage therapist that much easier!! I highly highly highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of help with laundry!! It is super simple! You just drop your stuff off, they give you a receipt with what will be owed at time of pick up, and then you get a text letting you know that your laundry is ready for

I don't use fragrances in my laundry, the clothes ended up smelling of someone's FRAGRANCED soap, laundry beads or laundry sheets. I did 1 4-load and 4 single loads of laundry. The dryers didn't look very good inside, some had burned metal in the back end of dryers & dark gunk stuff, in many of the crevices of the dryers. They need updating

I got very lucky and found the perfect laundry facility right off the bat! I've had zero issues in 5 years...not a single missing item or missed pick up time
The biggest assets has been the amazing and friendly service from Gabby and Dinora. I can tell they actually care about how my clothes come out and they take the time to sort everything so it's easier to unpack and put away

This use to be my go to laundromat If I ever had too big of loads for my washer at home because of their large 8 load washers. They are probably one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to or ever seen, they keep up with cleaning floors & emptying trash bins & their machines. However they're always busy no matter time or day, any of the staff workers that my other half and I have encountered totally like to discriminate people whom of which don't "fit/look" a certain type/way. Pasadena Laundry is wonderful. I have been taking my laundry here since the pandemic started and I am very satisfied with their services and professionalism. One of the best laundromats I have experienced yet. It isn’t the cheapest, by far, but it isn’t ridiculously priced. It is well kept, from the several times I went. My favorite feature is the ozone. Sometimes it is busy, but there has always been room. I just wonder how on top of the ozone they are because there is always an alarm buzzing with red light flashing from it last 2/3 times I went and never saw that before. Management needs to check. But a nice place overall. Typical load is $3.75 w/extra spin and extra rinse and that does 2 loads in one wash.

I really needed to wash a lot of clothes in a preferably safe and clean area. This was it! I was able to wash and dry at least 10 loads of clothes for under 2.5 hours and all of their machines sanitize the clothes which is a bonus. The facility is super clean, adheres to COVID distancing measures and like I said before, their washing machines sanitize the clothes! I highly recommend this place!

I was dropping off packages for my friend nearby Pasadena and had my hamper with soiled clothes; so I yelped and found this laundromat. It was a bit crowded in my book, so I was worried about Covid. Then comes to find out no coins accepted and had to buy card and loaded it with money. So I was a little disappointed that I had to load minimum amount that I only come here for one medium load and quick dry. So I wasted the balance on card that I don't plan to use anytime soon...

There's no air conditioning, but there's always a staff member here. The vending machines for snacks or drinks are rarely ever in working condition, but they have tables to sit at.
You can only pay with their specialized card system- you have to buy one of their laundry cards and then load money on it. You can use cash or card to load funds.
The people who work here are helpful and nice. I mean, they don't go out of their way to greet or help you, but if you approach them, they'll answer your questions and assist you.
