Joel actually was the seller's agent when we bought our first home in DC 5 years ago. He left such a good impression then that 5 years later when we had to move and sell the same house, we reached out to him. He and his team were very responsive and quick to address all our questions and concerns. They walked us through every step of the process. I don’t know where to begin. Joel and his team made every phase of selling our home effortless. His market knowledge is unmatchable. Our house needed a little TLC before market and Joel got it done on budget. Then it was perfectly staged to sell. Under agreement with a full price offer in six days! We worked with Joel's partner, Alan, to buy a home. He was great - very personable and didn't tire at all in what turned out to be a very long process. We were trying to find the combination of decent commute, good public schools, and a specific style of floor plan, all within a limited budget -- which is really hard in this ridiculously-expensive area. We finally found something we love, and he helped us bargain hard to get a price we thought was reasonable.
