We've experienced this in our own family lives. We decided to open Vienna Manor in December of 2011, after caring for Rosa's late mother Renee'.

Services
Life at Vienna Manor begins with family. We believe that when you make the decision to trust the love and care of your loved one to us, you make them part of our growing family. Our residents enjoy privacy, independence and individuality while experiencing the one on one attention and engagement our small private facility provides.
As you reach the end of a private drive just off of Chain Bridge Road, you'll see the beautiful residence behind a gated entry. Grab a spot on the couch for tonight's movie - if you have time or aren't too tired from dancing! Spend some time relaxing in one of the many gardens at Vienna Manor, and listen to the soothing sound of our fountain.

Vienna Manor is a gift for any family looking for care for an elderly loved one. My father is 98 years old and has advanced dementia. He was fully ambulatory until late last year when he suffered a series of falls. He had been living in assisted living and, even with additional 24-hr aides, we weren’t able to prevent more falls. He was in and out of rehab facilities and even suffered a debilitating, bone-breaking fall while in rehab. We found Vienna Manor through the use of an elder care consultant and immediately knew this was the place for us. The home (#1) is warm, comfortable, and lovely

I love Vienna Manor! I’ve been with Ms.Rosa, Mr.Bill, and Ms.Grace for 5 years now, I am so thankful.
Working under Ms. Grace as an administrator is truly a blessing, she had help me grow and become a better person.

My 91 yr old mom moved into the Fairfax location 3 months ago, She is very content there! She loves her new friends there and feels like she is in a resort for seniors. The caregivers pl are so loving and so diligent to care about all of my moms needs. I'm telling all my friends about Vienna Manor!! Grace and Rosa are also awesome. Call Grace, the Director.

Vienna Manor offers a beautiful warm environment where residents feel at home. There are 4 assisted living homes, each with their own special charm. The caregivers are exceptional and provide individualized care to each resident. The family members have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are receiving compassionate and competent care! I would place my own mother (or family member) here!

We felt so blessed that my family found Vienna Manor, which was conveniently close by, clean, and so well run! More importantly, the staff was wonderful, truly loving, and excellent at their profession. Our Mom was very happy and engaged there. I've visited close to 20 retirement/nursing homes between both parents needing more support in the last 8 years and Vienna Manor, by far, offers the best value and care!
Even though our Mom passed peacefully, we felt comforted knowing that she was surrounded by the loving staff during COVID quarantine. We still keep in touch with them on a normal basis

My motherspent the last year and a half of her life at Vienna Manor. I visited her there every day I was in town and had lots of time to observe her care. I was awed by the staff - they not only took care of " Ms Helen", but truly loved her. Every time I went there I felt like I was with family. Mom was happy there-- the ladies had activities planned for the residents each afternoon. My mom's favorite was when they brought in a hair stylist or helped the residents apply make up. The staff are extraordinary!! I can't say enough good about the care she received.

I am so very grateful for learning of Vienna Manor last fall and then being able to get my mom into Vienna Manor1- the timing was perfect and it was the a great fit for her. The ladies there are so caring and gracious. The place inside and out is lovely. Activities going on and great meals and even parties. No one is ever too old for a celebration of any kind! I cannot say enough about my gratitude for their care of my mom- from her first day there til her last.

Our mother is a resident of Vienna Manor II and it is a wonderful place. The house, the surroundings, everything that the provide are all great. But what really separates Vienna Manor from everywhere else we looked into is the care provided by the staff. The love they show our mother and the other residents is amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the care the provide our mother. And they allow us to come as often, and whenever, and as long as we want to visit. There is no better place for the care of your mother or father then the care provided by Vienna Manor II. I would recommend it to any

My mother has been living here for more than two years. She had lived in two other large group facilities and neither of them was the right fit for my mom. Then we found Vienna Manor and it was the perfect fit for her! She lives in a beautiful home and has loving and caring support from everyone on the staff. They all take such great care of all of the residents. The food that they serve is wonderful. The care that they provide is amazing. I really love how they celebrate with parties for birthdays, holidays, and other festivities. It has been the BEST place for my mother.

The last year of my Mother's life was spent at Vienna Manor 3. I feel so fortunate that she was there because of the loving care she received. The staff to resident ratio allowed them to be very attentive to her needs. The Executive Director, Grace Kimball, is compassionate not only with the residents, but with their families as well. There were numerous functions that included residents from all Vienna Manor houses and it was so nice to meet everyone, including the wonderful owners Rosa and Bill. I felt that when I visited my mother that I was visiting family and am extremely grateful for everyone
