Jason is amazing, they make you feel like family the moment you walk through the door. They were recommended to me from a client (thanks Jared!) And I'm so glad I followed through. The knowledgeable staff at AAI made me feel comfortable buying a preowned vehicle for my daughter through their pre-purchase inspection. The facility is nice and clean. I think we all know that a trusted mechanic is priceless. Trust, that's the one word to sum up Jason and his crew at AAI. I won't take my Tundra anywhere else. My wife and mother bring their Hondas to Jason. My wife wants a new car soon as we are passing her Honda CRV on to our son, that is mechanically perfect at almost 200,000 miles. I told her I don't care what kind of car she gets as long as it something Jason and AAI work on. I tell everyone that I know that drive an import that they are doing it wrong if they don't trust AAI with their cars and trucks.

As a college aged girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars and has experienced dealerships and mechanics trying to scam me due to my lack of knowledge, I felt very comfortable at All About Imports. My Acura had a check engine light issue and it was diagnosed within ten minutes of me stopping by and it was completely fixed within 24 hours for a fraction of the cost a dealership would have charged. Jason was very friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. I live very close to the shop now but I will certainly bring my car back even when I move. I would absolutely recommend.

I took my 03 Honda Odyssey here after being at another shop in town. They really know their stuff and were able to accurately diagnose the check engine light the first time. The other mechanic had recommended changing additional parts that turned out not to be the problem after all. I saved money, time, and received honest and timely service. Clean and organized shop and waiting room also. Thanks for getting my family van back on the road!!!! For all things Honda, this is my new shop!

Jason was recommended by a couple of well-regarded mechanics in Lewisville, as I was looking for help with a major repair on a Toyota Rav4. I had pretty much made up my mind based on the strength of these recommendations....and boy were they right! Excellent diagnostics, straight forward communication about the nature of my vehicle's problem (leaking head gasket) and options and solutions. I was very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the repairs so far. It was expensive but the Toyota is reliably back on the road and I was spared the trouble of looking for another used

I don't live anywhere near Denton anymore (I'm out near Rockwall now - and no longer have an import anyway), but my family is still close enough that my mother's Toyota sees AAI anytime it needs work. She just picked her car up today after getting a decent bit of suspension work done (just wear and tear stuff).
Still always honest and superb work at a fair price. Thanks Jason and everyone else! They'll make sure her car is still on the road well past 300k (my money's on 500k).

I've been a customer of Jason's for over 15 years now. He is the most honest and trustworthy technician in DFW! I can't tell you how much money he has saved me over the years. He has been so good to me and has done such a good job that I travel over an hour (each way) just for an oil change. I cannot recommend All About Imports (AAI) enough!

Let me just preface this by saying that All About Imports closes at 6pm. I was driving home and half way through my commute, my 08 civic just stopped blowing cold air, only hot. I started freaking out because the next day (today), I'm planning on driving to San Antonio, DEFINITELY not a fun drive with no air conditioning. I called at 5pm (!) and he said he was really booked, and he's overbooked the next day. But then he asked what was wrong; I explained my situation and he said "You know what, go ahead and bring it over, I'll look at it in the parking lot if I need to."

Excellent Service. Competitive pricing. Most importantly they are HONEST about what needs to be fixed versus what doesn't need to be fixed. Initially went to a local place in Flower Mound, and I was told a ton of repairs were needed and it would be $1,000 - basically the sky is falling. When I took it to All About Imports, Jason actually showed me that the previous claims were false, and that I only needed a few things for less than half the cost of the previous place. I highly recommend Jason and the folks at All About Imports.

Absolutely love Jason at AAI, I had some issues with my 2002 Lexus GS430, since we were new owners to the vehicle we knew little about its history when we bought it. Thanks to Jason he took care of what was going on with it, we had to tow it back to AAI for something different and he always worked honestly and kindly with my husband and I. This is a quality mechanic, great personality and most of all amazing work ethic. I also took my 2003 Lexus Rx300 and 2003 Honda Odyssey , I will never take my cars anywhere else!

We are in town on business, and our alternator went out on our Maxima. We called Jason Rupert at 10 am. He called us back with a quote less than 10 minutes later, and the price was only 2/3 of what the other places we checked were estimating for parts and labor. We arrived soon and dropped our car off. We were very happy with how nice Jason was and the appearance of the lobby.
