I have been bringing all my vehicles to this location of KWIK KAR for a decade. But this last time I ended up paying over $600+ for them to brake my truck in a way that was not broke when I brought it in. I had 10 years worth of good experiences with this location. But only took 1 exceptionally bad experience for me to no longer trust them nor recommend them to friends or family. Nice people work there, I would just recommend that they check the work that they say they have completed to ensure they have not created any new issue. I now take my Challenger, F250, and SUV to Firestone for anything

Every time I come here (~4 times so far) the service is good. even if they are busy, the woman at the front desk does her best to be accommodating and can schedule you for another day. the mechanics are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what was wrong, how they knew it, and how they can / did fix it. I recommend them to everyone I know who drives

I have used this shop previous a number of times.. Truly had great experiences and that's what kept me company back.. The new manage Kevin has to be the worst customer service oriented person
(not manager) in the business.. Dropped my car off twice to have work done while he has been there.. I work 2 blocks from the shop.. I ask could someone take me to work while they work on my car, (previous they have) (2 blocks) he said to my face No.. (with other sarcastic remarks..) I waited 1 hours.. today I had 2 extremely important appointments but no air in my car.. This time he said ( I have 2 employees

This place from top to bottom is a hell hole. As if it weren't bad enough that I was charged $200 for an alignment on my vehicle, the staff from the manager on down to the young, heavy set girl who runs the lobby is flat out rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional.
I went to this place after calling ahead of my arrival in regard to an alignment - I was asked about the make and model of my vehicle, etc. I was told that the alignment would cost $79.99. Halfway through the job, I guess my 2007 Jeep was so nice, that these creeps decided to tell me that my alignment would cost $200 at the behest

Aug 30 for State Inspection. There ~1400, was told it would be about an hour. I asked, "an hour is when I'll be done and out? Or when they'll get to my car?" The girl at the counter said, "an hour before they get to you". I said, "so about an hour and half before I'm done". Not recommended. I had my car there for a simple oil change. I went from Kwik Kar to my home that is 1.5 miles away. Later I noticed oil leaking from the back of my car, all over the driveway. Obviously, oil was spilled on my car. I took the car in the next day and the manager claimed that I must have hit something (in 1.5 miles with no recollection of hitting anything after I was just at a place that has oil everywhere - very likely). The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. In addition to that I paid twice as much for this oil change.

How did this place get voted best in Denton? No matter what I come here for they always nickel and dime you. I came in for an inspection, it's mandatory so I can renew my vehicle registration. My car passed EVERYTHING, but they say my wiper blades are worn, and need to be replaced. Something I could have done myself, but now they will fail the inspection if I do not pay the $20 for two wiper blades. Talk about a flipping joke. I will not return here. This place is all about the money. Selling you services that are even recommended in your scheduled maintenance guide.

Really bad service and unprofessional people there took my vehicle to fix my ac they gimme a 12 moth warranty come back 2 weeks later because the ac wasn't working they told me it was something different it just weird you takingto fix and work for 2 weeks and now it's something different be aware of this place I have 3 more vehicles and I will never go back to this place hope this help other people and don't make same mistakes I make taking my vehicle to this place

Was told state inspection would be quick. Came in with my brother at the same time. His car was complete a little after an hour. I was then told I had 4 cars in front of me and it would be a while. Overheard the receptionist say she thought my car was missed. Simply asked for my registration back and left. Won't be going back. Wouldn't recommend this business.

I was an idiot and somehow popped the front bumper off while changing a headlight. Our local neighborhood mechanic wasn't able to come fix it, but he recommended I take it to Kwik Kar. Our mechanic had called ahead and informed Steve, the manager, of the situation. Steve immediately took the car back and popped the bumper back in after 5 minutes free of charge. He was really friendly and didn't make fun of me (I wouldn't have blamed him). Thanks Steve!

I can't even explain what this place is doing in business. As I type this from Starbucks down the street from them, I'm contemplating how to handle this situation.
I took my car in for an INSPECTION, 20 minutes ago. They did their usual spill to me about flushes, like why are you even looking at that when I'm there for an INSPECTION?
Sitting in the drive through at Starbucks, under my hood starts to smoke.
I pull out of line and look under the hood and my radiator hose is hanging on by a thread and fluid is everywhere. Mind you, right before I took it for the inspection,

On top of all the extra overpriced services they push on to the customers, they schedule oil change services WAAAY ahead of your respective vehicles service interval. Example, our Mazda Oil Change interval is set at 7,500. They'll schedule/remind on the oil change sticker at 3,000. Always consult your manual before going to places like this.
Combined with all the other bad reviews, this place can be considered a scam.
