I wish that I could give this place more stars because Stephanie is very personable and professional. I ordered some musician ear plugs, as we listen to a lot of loud music and I've been diagnosed with hearing loss. On 3 separate occasions I've had to get the left one filed down due to it still hurting a portion of my ear when singing and talking. The last time I went to her and told her that it still wasn't right she told me that she would have to charge me because of the time it's taken to correct this problem. It hasn't been corrected yet and if it was I wouldn't have to keep coming back.

Both Dr. Stephanie's and Erin's pictures should be next to the definitions of customer care and service. One of my hearing aids failed the day before I was to leave to visit my family in New England and they made time in a packed client schedule to diagnose and fix the problem despite my not having purchased the aids from them. This is my audiologist from now on.
