Our long list of happy customers is the best advertising available to us. We feel that we haven't done our job right if your lawn irrigation system hasn't been installed to your 100% satisfaction. Below are just a few of the wonderful things our clients have told us. I have a three-quarters of an acre lot with extensive plantings.
Each Spring, D&H opens the water main to your irrigation system and goes through each hydro-zone's operation mechanically and electrically to make sure everything is working properly. We remove excess grass from around all of the sprinkler heads (picking up the clippings behind us) and we adjust the timer so that your system will operate according to your needs.
We install, repair, and certify existing backflow devices for domestic water, fire protection and lawn irrigation systems. Upon completion of an inspection, we will send all necessary reports directly to the proper agency or municipality. We install and service RPZ devices that range in size from " through 12".

This place is very poor with customer service and technicians that are clueless. They show up with no communication on repairs needed and have you sign a blank invoice with no cost. Later I got a huge invoice in the mail demanding payment and they didn't fix anything. I sent a letter regarding the issue and the owner was extremely rude, arrogant and demanded payment and sent me to collections. I had to get my legal counsel involved because they thought they were going to bully me into paying for something they didn't even fix.....SMH. I now have a awesome irrigation company servicing

We inherited a very poorly maintained irrigation system when we purchased our home a couple of years back. Ryan, Mike, and the rest of the crew at D&H got our RPZ valve replaced and in compliance with our village, and this season, overhauled our sprinkler system with new heads, and a great WiFi enabled control panel. Ryan took the time to walk us through each of the zones, and the control panel/app for our new system. And since it’s in the middle of a pandemic, I should add that everyone either wore a mask, or, maintained a good distance while working outside. Pricing was very reasonable, and

I have been a client of D & H for nearly 15 years. One does not have an irrigation system without having 'issues' arise. My system has better than 15 zones and over 100 sprinkler heads plus drip hoses. D and H has managed to keep all of the wife's numerous flower gardens and my acre of invading grasses happy. And when I am in need of service, the wait time is measured in days and sometimes hours-not weeks. If a repair fails to satisfy the flowers and/or grasses, D & H is back that same or next day after the phone call. D & H also keeps me abreast of newer equipment that might benefit everyone concerned

Rick "the 4th generation owner" hides behind his ancestors successes. This guy is a shame. I called them to close down my irrigation system for the season. They used a "brand new high pressured" system to blow out all the lines. The next year they showed up to re-open the irrigation system for the season, but found numerous issues, which never had problems in the past. After 2 weeks of screwing around and coming up with excuses for all the issues, they invoiced me $800 even though there were still problems with underground leakage.

We had a serious standing water problem affecting two backyards in our HOA. We choose D&H irrigation over two other companies based on discussions about how to correct the problems. The work was completed in in mid-year 2017.
The work they accomplished was exactly what they stated they would do and the final results were very good. They were neat and Ryan was a true professional and we would definitely use them again.
The problem areas are draining properly and we will continue to monitor the areas during our 2018 spring rainy season.

We just moved to the area and did not have a sprinkler company. On Saturday I noticed one of my sprinkler heads was broken and water was pouring out of the hose. I contacted D&H through Yelp and had a response within an hour (on the weekend no less) from the owner. He assured me they would reach out Monday morning to schedule a repair visit. Like clockwork, they called first thing on Monday morning. D&H is my new sprinkler company! My valve box was full of water, so I contacted D&H to find the leak and possibly replace the leaky valves in the box. I also contacted other companies who were much more expensive and who immediately started talking about possibly having to dig up my backyard. It's the start of the season so it took a couple of weeks for D&H to come out. After draining the box and testing the system, they informed me that I have no leak and that the rain water was just slow to drain out due to the clay dirt. I appreciate their honesty so much. STAY AWAY!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with! Sent me to collections for deducting $250 from their invoice because they were unavailable to come out the day my sod was installed due to being on a family vacation in Wisconsin dells!!! We asked Ryan, the owners son, how deep the stem was so we don’t hit it. He said 8”. It was only4”. The owner, called me and verbal abused me saying he was going to send me to collections a day after the system was properly programmed and services were complete. 1 day! I have had D and H do several major repairs to get my irrigation on our soccer and baseball fields back to working correctly ( 165 zones 700 heads) and I also used them to blow out our irrigation at nine locations. They have always been easy to work with, friendly, and very knowledgeable. A lot of what I think homeowners don't understand is not only how to run irrigation but what all is involved in it. It's always easy to blame a contractor instead of taking the time to understand how to properly run and maintain your systems.

Buyer BEWARE!!! I went with this company bcus Ryan seemed to be very nice. His father, the owner is a monster!!! They installed a system only 4" deep and landscapers hit the system. His son was on vacation that day so my Landscaper's needed someone to come out and fix the terrible install Cus they busted a pipe that Ryan had said was 8" deep but was 4". I had asked him and have a text message to prove it. We were being responsible bcus the landscapers were using equipment. So we wanted to make sure we were careful when installing sod. Attempted several times to contact them, promised dates, call backs, etc. Nobody ever calls back or follow-up. Now it's nearly 30/days later, our sprinklers are still turned off, no testing has been completed and our grass is starting to brown.
HIGHLY AVOID this place because they either DO NOT CARE about the customer or maybe they have enough money and DON'T NEED

I wish I could give less than one star. We described our problem on the phone before the "service call", explaining that the cap on the pipe had just exploded and we needed a repair. The guy got out of the truck (still running), said "That's broken and you need a repair," and jumped back in the truck, saying "yeah, we'll call you" as he blew away down the street. Hours later, they called with an outrageous number to install the RPZ. We called John's Sprinkler, who came out, looked at the pipe, then turned our system on, checked all the heads, explained

I recently had D and H Lawn Irrigation come out to fix a few minor issues I was having with my system. Both of the repair guys that showed up were very professional, one was the owners son. I will say that their prices are ridiculous. A quick google search for the sprinklers they replaced put them in the $20 neighborhood, they charged me $79 each. I did call and speak with the owner, who reluctantly adjusted the bill for me, however I will find someone else next time my system needs repair. I have no issue paying a fair price for services performed, but a $515 bill for what was repaired is straight
