Josh Frazier is a top-notch technician and such a nice person, he went above and beyond!
He is kind, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
Josh spent two full days working non-stop on the inpsection and cleaning, yet always made the time to explain things, answer questions, and help us understand what he was looking at/for. He even makes himself available for follow-up questions.
A stand out professional and person!

We could not be happier with the experience we had with Fireplace and chimney professionals. From our initial cleaning and inspection of a wood stove in our newly purchased house that revealed we needed a new stove to the purchase process that Matt made very easy as well as informative. Then the install of our stove, they got us on the schedule incredibly fast. They made sure to keep everything clean and tidy while they did the job and were very meticulous with making sure the stove was level and the new piping was just perfect! We could not be happier!

I have read many Facebook posts and other social media posts on the issues people have with fireplace contractors. I assure you, if you hire this company to do work, you will be nothing but delighted by their work. From my experience in their showroom to their inspection and estimate to the work they completed- nothing but professional and quality. Jim and Andy treated my home with care and not a bit of dust was left behind after completion of a three day job. They 'fixed' what another chimney contractor had done wrong. I highly recommend!

If there was a 100 star option for a business going completely above and beyond in terms of quality, customer service (on ALL levels) and price it's Ryan and the entire crew at Fireplace and Chimney Professionals. First off - Ryan (owner) Was more well versed in his job than anyone else we met with. Where other people said it couldn't be done, he said he would figure it out. Was constantly in contact with us when we had questions and was onsite multiple times to check in on the job and progress. Jim was the lead on the project and himself and the entire crew worked hard to get it done

We knew we didn't want to go another winter without a woodstove in our home and began asking around about who people use in the area. EVERY SINGLE PERSON we spoke to said use Ryan and his guys at Fireplace and Chimney Professionals, so, we stopped by the showroom, scheduled an appointment for a quote, and then an install date for our stove.
Our stove was back-ordered from the manufacturer which was communicated by Ryan right away. The workers still came as scheduled and installed the chimney so that as soon as the stove was here it could be put in right away, which they did. Every worker

I've worked for 4 different chimney companies in the past 10 years... this company is by far the most well equipped and thorough company I have ever worked for.... ryan is extremely knowledgeable and very particular about how any work is done by himself or his employees... every single job is completely documented with pictures and reviewed by Ryan every day... I have never worked for a company where the employer is so involved with everything the company does... corners CANNOT be cut and he is by far more concerned with customer satisfaction than any other employer I have ever worked for
