I love the amenities. The leasing staff is amazing. However, since moving here I have seen cockroaches during the daytime (a sure sign of an infestation), termites. When I put a maintenance request for cosmetic issues and extermination they were "handled" pretty quickly. However, I have sliding doors that don't stay in the bracket (and was basically just told that the doors are just that way). Giving three stars because everyone here is genuinely nice and helpful (even the staff) but whoever owns this building should grasp the concept that cheap fixes don't last.

Just beginning 2nd year of living here. Maintenance is awesome. I've only had minor issues and all have been resolved same day or within 24 hours. Grounds are very well maintained. Apartments are modern and comfortable. Office personnel are friendly and professional. The community is close to beach, restaurants, shopping centers, schools, major interstate and airport. Only suggestions I would have would be to get all tennis courts fully functional and to enforce dog breed restrictions. Overall, I love living here.

I've been living at Sheridan Ocean Club for six years with no complaint, the minute I decided not to renew my lease, my door lock mysteriously changed. I could not get inside my apartment and had to wait over 3 hours with an infant inside my car for a locksmith(paid $160). I called leasing office left several messages, contacted after service maintenance-no follow up from them. Called the day after, Leasing personal said I needed to speak to property manager. I called again property manager and she did not hear of incident and said she would research what happened and call me back. It's been 2

Great place to live. Maintenance is done on time. One of the workers named Amilcar was very thorough and quick to respond to my maintenance request. He explained everything to me and was very friendly. Highly recommend this apt complex due to this fact everyone is SOO nice !

Love the location of this rental community. This will be our third year living here. The property manager Liz is great. Nicky is also amazing always very helpful and caring. Had great experience with Brie when we initially looked into moving in.
Luis from maintenance is the best!!! I trust him to go in out apartment even when we are not there and he is great in getting things repaired quickly and always with a smile and awesome attitude.
Overall this is a well maintained and comfortable rental community and we will def be sad when it’s time to leave.

I have lived here since 2017. The landscaping is beautiful and I love all the tall swaying palm trees. We live adjacent to a Wildlife Reserve, so we get all sorts of avian visitors of the waterfowl variety including geese, ibis, and herons. Squirrels are in abundance, too. So, this is like living in a Park, with three-story Mediterranean-style buildings, with white stucco and red, clay-tile roofs. not a high-density, up to your neck in neighbors environment, so often seen in So-Florida. We are off-East Sheridan Street with an internal network of roads, so it is really a relaxed environment. Bring
