My house was on the market for 8 months without an offer. I decided to switch to Barbara based on her experience and I was very grateful I made that decision. Barbara assessed my home and suggested small changes such as paint colors, removing bed frame to make room look bigger, etc. Not only did she suggest the changes but she scheduled estimates for the work and got really good prices. The moment she took over the selling process, I had no more stress. Within two weeks she had the house relisted and we got an offer in the first weekend it was on the market!!
