After years of working with bigger systems and healthcare organizations, Dr. Radhika Vayani decided to create Be Well Primary Care to serve patients with Compassion, Care, and Excellence. At Be Well Primary Care, our goal is to provide a complete, end-to-end healthcare experience. We believe in partnering with specialists and facilities that have similar philosophies and can provide similar care and patient experience.
Be Well Primary Care collaborates with Eagle Mountain Saginaw ISD! Our team is happy to announce that we are in a medical partnership with EMS ISD. Be Well Primary Care now provides medical and healthcare services for the faculty and staff of this beloved school. Aside from that, we aim to help maintain the overall wellness of its employees for them to further provide quality guidance and supervision to their students.
In order to address the different care and health needs of our patients, Be Well Primary Care offers a wide variety of services delivered by credentialed primary care experts. Be Well Primary Care primarily serves patients 16 years old and above. However, we would like to emphasize that we do not discriminate against gender, sexual orientation, race, color, ethnic background, religion, marital status, disability, or social status.
I have been seeing Dr Vayani for over 2 years, she is very caring & relatable to her patients. Even though I genuinely don't need to see her often, when I do, she picks up like an old friend. She's awesome so if you have a need for a new Doctor or looking for a different Doctor, please give her a try & her staff is amazing too.

Hands down the best physician I have seen in the longest time! The staff is amazing - can’t speak highly enough about the entire office. I was looking for a new physician after my insurance changed and stumbled upon this gem. Jocelyn and Eric made me feel so at ease! I felt very heard and appreciated the time and care they took on my visit. Highly recommend!

I will be honest and say that I have been skeptical since the takeover of this doctor's clinic since I had been with the former owners for many years. I must say that the staff here has become quite warm and accommodating. I can't say enough about the PA Eric. He is highly intelligent, very professional and extremely down to earth and helpful. He completely went out of his way today to assist me in areas where most would not, and he had no obligation to do so. He went well and above and beyond his call of duty and I could not be more thankful. This is a man that does what he feels is right and

The day I came for my first visit I was in terrible shape. Eric was so compassionate & caring. The office staff was very efficient in my referral to a endocrinologist. I was very pleased with all aspects of my appointment. I liked that I was able to come to this same office to have my neuro scan done. The most important thing Eric said to me was that he was going to be my umbrella for me and to get me the right kind of help to start feeling & getting better. I appreciate everyone so much.

I was so sad Dr Chambers retired, I must say we have a WONDERFUL NEW FAMILY care team in Azle! The staff and Nurses are Caring. PA Bash is truly thorough and I am so excited to have such professional treatment right here in our hometown of Azle. Shannon has been a big help in getting all of our needs thru the change from Doc Chambers! I recommend them highly!
