They have a NO REFUND POLICY. Understandable. However, they don't tell you about it or even have a sign posted at the cash register. I originally purchased a medium sized towel I needed for a lab. However, it turns out I didn't end up using or needing it.
I tried to return this obviously unused towel (still sharply creased and clean) and was quickly shooed away by the clerk. What's worse is the towel was horrendously overpriced ($20, made in China). They don't have the prices posted. Either you ask about the price or realize how expensive it is when you get the receipt. Next time I will be buying

Let me start my review by saying that the woman who helped me was as helpful as she could be within her store’s inventory and policies. However, I went into the store looking for compression stockings. I was not told of the no refund policy before my purchase. After leaving the store the first time, I contacted my doctor and was told I needed a higher compression than I had been sold. I brought the unopened stockings back the very next day and was unable to get a refund though they did not have the size that I needed in the correct stockings that I needed and wanted. So instead, I was forced

Do not do business with these people !!! Horrible customer service and they will take your money and deliver broken or inoperable equipment and try to up charge you for an upgrade. Funny how you reply to my post stating that I haven’t done business with you !!! If that is the case why don’t you refund me the $500 you charged me for a non functional hospital bed that you had a third party deliver. They were not even able to put the bed together.

I rented a wheelchair from this place on Friday evening, as I sit in the chair at the store everything "seemed" ok. Once I started looking in the chair had any missing pieces/scratches etc, (cause I am renting, not looking to get charge for old stuff) The gentleman at the store shouts out "WHAT DO YOU NEED IT FOR? IT'S JUST TO BE AT THE HOUSE RIGHT? I said, "Yes, but then again since I'm renting I want to make sure everything was ok. Well, I used the chair for about an hour that night inside my home and the next day as I'm being pushed in my driveway, A WHEEL get stuck on a crack in my driveway
