Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you. I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.

We tailor our services to ensure that you have the highest level of service for your home. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, prior to us placing a tenant, we will cancel our agreement for any reason at no cost to you.

This property group is the best I have ever rented with in the past 10 years. The homes are beautiful and the price for rent couldn’t be more than perfect. I have never encountered such an amazing maintenance team. They are always on the repairs and get it done super fast. They respond so quickly when you put a repair request in. They also work well with your schedule if needed. Maintenance guys are on time, professional, and are highly skilled.
Kathy is amazing. She is super nice, accommodating, attentive, professional and quick to respond. You can only imagine how busy one might be with managing

This is a great company to work with. As a renter, I've had some terrible experiences with other property management companies here in Longmont. But this one is the best! Everyone is very professional and easy to work with. And they took me and my housemates seriously as renters when other homeowners discriminated against us, just because we were under 30. We love our rental. Kathy handles our maintenance requests very efficiently. I can tell that LPG cares not only about the property owners, but the renters as well.

If there were more stars, they would get them! Very professional, and responsive to any problems. Any repairs needed were immediately addressed, and their properties are in great neighborhoods, and maintenance was always a priority. Felt like I landed in a piece of heaven and that I was well taken care of. They took a chance on me because I didn't look promising on paper and I had pets! They were the best.

Longmont Property group are just the best. We moved here from out of state rented the house without seeing it (just pictures) which was a little scary but, they made sure everything was up to their standards. Then on a Friday we had some AC trouble and Kathy made sure we got taken care of that very day. Their professionalism and promptness is so appreciated especially when it’s about to get in the 90s and you’re a bit nervous about not having AC. Thanks to Kathy and Jenn (who helped us secure the house)

We started renting recently and in the midst of all the Covid-19 uncertainty this group is awesome. We had an issue with appliances and it was remedied in less than a week. They are professional and responsive.
They truly care about their tenants! Jenn in leasing went above and beyond to get us in an amazing property very quickly. Kathy in the office took care of our maintenance issue so fast! The gentleman that was sent out to check the appliance was so warm and friendly. You can tell they really care!
