I love living at Kelly Highlands. Everything is well kept, maintenance responds so quickly, are very helpful and nice and the entire staff is awesome. The location is great and safe. Everything you need right here.

My wife and I have lived in this complex for 3 years, but are now sadly parting ways. We loved the amenities and the staff was extremely nice. There is a vast age group that lives here, but everyone is professional and pleasant making Kelly Highlands a great place to call home.

I’ve been living here for 3+ years now with my fiancé, and we love it! The customer service and maintenance has been great, and are always there to help whenever we need it. We love the side of town we live in, and we’re not far from restaurants and bars we like. The pool and weight room are great too! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and modern place to live!

Great 2+ years of living here; would not have left were it not for a job relocation. The units and complex as a whole really feel like home, which I think puts Kelly Highlands a step ahead of their competitors in the area. Fantastic maintenance group. We rarely had an issue, but all issues were resolved same day or next day. Overall, a great experience.

It has been a pleasure living at Kelly Highlands. Its sad that we have to move out. The management and the maintenance folks are both just great. If you want to live in a peaceful, clean, well maintained apartment complex, look no further.

I have lived at Kelly Highlands since 2018 and am incredibly sad to be moving out of state! This apartment complex is incredibly clean, quiet, and resident focused! Amy and her staff are wonderful for any questions or inquiries. The pool, office, and gym facilities are superb! The apartments themselves are so well designed and very homey! I wish I was able to stay here longer!

I’ve never had an issue with Kelly Farms and think the housing is great. The staff are incredibly friendly. Once, I had left my garage door open and a staff member called me to confirm if I had meant to leave it open, or if I would like to have them close it. They definitely did not have to take the time out of their day to make that phone call, but it was incredibly kind of them. In addition, I really enjoy having packages go through the Amazon Hub and have enjoyed the facilities on site as well. Nearly a year ago (September 2020), I took a LOT of time and energy to research apartments/places to rent within the Columbia, Missouri region. Between comparing prices - everything that is included in the apartment and the environment, Kelly Farms proved to be the most affordable option for what I was looking for - without sacrificing quality. I have not been disappointed in any regard.
The Kelly Farms apartments are relatively new - beautiful inside - each with a balcony, granite tabletops, beautiful shower/tub, ...and if you're on the third floor- HIGHER ceilings. Having access to on-site recycling

I wish I found Kelly Highlands when I first moved to Missouri 4 years ago. I have fallen in love with the neighborhood and the apartment itself. The pool, gym, study area and recreational area are spacious, well maintained and clean.
The modeling of the apartment is really nice and I enjoy the marbled kitchen. My favorite part of the apartment is the bathroom because of the space, the 2 sinks, large mirror and large bathtub. It s been the perfect home for me and has set high expectations for future apartments to come. I would definitely recommend it here as the quality and costs are so worth it

My husband, Isaac, and I love living here. The staff is super helpful, we love the amenities and the area is so well kept. The pool is one of our favorite parts and we love bringing guests. The inside of these apartments look just like the photos - so well kept and feels like our own little home. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an apartment in Columbia.

I have loved living at Kelly Highlands and am sad to leave. My apartment is beautiful and I have always felt safe. Staff is also quick and responsive to any requests. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this complex!

We moved here in 2017 on the recommendation of a friend who also lived at Kelly Highlands and it's been great! The units are very nicely finished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and LED lighting throughout the unit. The management has been wonderful to work with and they are very accommodating. We've lived at quite a few different apartment complexes in town over the years and this is the one place we've stayed the longest. The community is quiet and calm and access to shopping is very easy. The pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of the community

I have lived in 6 different apartments in Columbia and Kelly Highlands is by far the best one.

The staff here is wonderful. They are friendly, provide consistent communication with residents and are extremely professional. I've had a few maintenance issues since moving in 6 months ago and was amazed at the speed they got resolved in. One day I noticed my thermostat wasn't working properly and they had someone over to fix it within the hour!

My family has been living in Kelly Highlands for about a year and we are extremely saddened that we have to relocate. A friend who visited us recently remarked that she wishes she could literally pick up our place and put it in her city. I feel the same exact way! I hate to leave this place.

We found the staff to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly from the time we first toured the property through the end of lease process. The office staff and maintenance crew have been continually attentive and addressed all (if any issues) in a timely manner.
