Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Canceled our reservation 48 hrs before we were to arrive. Ruined all our travel plans. Made us sign a strange supplemental “agreement” outside the booking app. Don’t support this shady company. Never had such a terrible experience with a rental company before. Buyer BEWARE!!!

**RENTERS BEWARE** OWNER OF PROPERTY WE RENTED ARE IN BEING SUED BY NEIGHBORS FOR IT BEING RENTAL PROPERTY.

If you see a property on the San-Juan Islands under the brand "NW Island Escapes", please avoid booking. Their property was not as advertised - the house was falling apart. The gas stoves did not work, the heating didn't work and we were freezing, the water was out for 1/3rd of the stay, the hot tub malfunctioned and the list goes on and on. The property was not ready when we arrived and they definitely rushed the cleaning job. The downstairs toilets were dirty and in a pandemic that should be unacceptable. We contacted them for a refund given all these issues. They did refund an amount but it
