Most car washes use at least 40 gallons of water for a single car. Even when the car wash uses recycled water they can potentially introduce and lose about 60 gallons of fresh water from EACH car. Waterless car washing uses minimal amounts of water per car, in most cases less than one cup. We must face the facts.

Future Wash Everything PLUS Detailed vent / crevice cleaning, restore and protect all vinyl & plastic. Allows our technicians more time to properly prepare the vehicle's surface and remove contamination. For example: excessive bird poop, bugs on the bumper, heavier soil, sap, etc. Sometimes a standard vacuum cannot pull up dog hair embedded into the seats and carpet.

I've been taking our cars to this location for several years now. The folks that check me in have always treated me extremely well; like we've known each other for years. I've never ever had a disappointing wash. They treat your vehicle with utmost respect and are always quick to correct anything they may have inadvertently missed. I like the fact that everything is hand-washed. I've been one extremely satisfied customer and will continue taking our vehicles here for a long time. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with Future Wash. I went in to the Valley Fair location a few weeks back to get my Hyundai serviced by them. Unfortunately the first appointment I had got canceled last minute due to some labor shortage - they let me know as soon as it happened and offered me a discount on service later in the week.
They did an excellent job cleaning up my Hyundai and the work was done half an hour earlier than expected. Honestly, the thing was spotless afterward! I'm glad I got to see my car off after having it been cleaned by them. Can't wait to come back...expand to South San

Context: I get the Everything Wash for SUVs) and I'm a part of their membership program.
The people here do a fantastic job and are always respectful of any specific cleaning requests I make on top of being very polite and easy going!
I feel like their membership is a great consistent savings especially with them introducing rollover credits (soon I think?) (although I haven't needed to rollover credits yet)
The number one reason for the 5* review though is their willingness and commitment to getting your vehicle cleaned the way you want it. At the end if you see anything that need

I personally have always had great experiences with Future Wash, whom I have utilized for over 3 years. During this time, Colby, Adrian and Josh were essentially the ones who cleaned my cars. There are many other detailers at Future Wash and there are multiple locations but I primarily booked (booking process online is simple and fast) with the 3 individuals I mentioned. Their service are consistently excellent. They routinely and always will urge me to walked around my vehicle after it's done and inspect any areas that may need a touch up. I was satisfied with the ease of the process (creating appointment online, dropping it off, and coming back to a clean car after an hour). And, the wash itself was pretty good for a waterless wash - decently thorough and no major streaks. But that's where the good things end. I should've listened to the advice of the other reviewers who gave this business 1-star reviews.

Took my Tesla to futurewash in Santana row today. When I picked it up I noticed multiple streak marks visible in sun. Asked attendant to clean them, he tried but unfortunately they were scratches. As visible in the picture attached, they look like scratches left behind from washing/towel strokes with a dirty/dry towel.
At this point it's clear to me that the waterless wash process just doesn't work. Maybe it's only a problem when the car is very dirty as mine was. Maybe it only happens when an attendant doesn't follow the process exactly. But it seems the process sometimes

Update: the owner refunded the bad washes and sent us a really nice message. The service is great on-location and the business really does care about its customers. Quality control is an issue for any business and as a small business owner I'd love to give them another chance later down the line and can recommend their on-site washes wholeheartedly.

HONESTLY IM GIVING 1 stars because they gave me a 10% discount.
I saw the rave reviews on Yelp and thought oh yea this place must be great.
I made an appointment for 10 AM today and came at 10 after some confusion with where to go. I gave them my keys and was told it would be 30-45 minutes and that I would receive a text when it was done. So I went ahead and started walking around Santana Row waiting for my car to be done. After 30 minutes or so I begin to wonder if my car was done so I start making some walks near the parking lot to see if my car was done. That 30 minutes becomes

Super convenient car wash as it is right in Santana Row so you can shop there or Westfield Valley Fair while waiting. I love that they have a reservation system as well.
The quality of the work is always solid, especially for the price which is lower than some other places.
I've gone here several times and never had any issues, definitely recommend it!

Not REALLY 4 stars - the car wash itself was just okay and probably merits 3 stars, but I give Future Wash 4 stars because of the ease of booking appointments online, the staff who were very nice and answered all my first timer questions, and the location in Santana Row (so I could have lunch and shop while waiting).

Waterless carwash is the future - especially we're constantly under drought condition like California. Even though automatic carwash uses reclaimed water, it often leaves lots of water marks and harsh chemical on the paint. As a Tesla owner I only trust Future Wash with waterless carwash. They know Tesla's paint properties and also careful with proper techniques to not cause any scratches. (Beware of other waterless mobile car wash companies out there, many of them don't know what they're doing and make lots of small scratches and swirls on the paint!)

My car needed some detailing of the paint so I decided to come here. I also like that it's waterless. The booking process and checkout was easy. Unfortunately, the wash isn't that great. Perhaps waterless can only do so much. My car was not that dirty either. Here are the issues:
1) black residues here and there and liquid spots on the paint upon close inspection
2) missed areas frunk, trunk jabs
3) residue on the windows. Windows not crystal clear.
I don't think they are on top of their craft. I probably won't return unless they can give me clear windows.

Brought my car in this morning at 11, and they were done by 12. Did a quick inspection in the garage but couldn't see much. After driving home, there were multiple areas that still had a ton of dust and dirt. Bee pollen (yellow spots) are still on my hood. Had to finish the job myself. Definitely not pleased.

My first time coming here was two days ago. My car was extremely dirty, haven't really had the time to take my car to get a car wash and definitely did not want to go to the drive through car washes.
Since I was around the area, I was able to catch an appointment through their online website within the next hour. For the price, you can't beat it! My car looks absolutely fantastic and so clean!!!!!

This is my monthly go-to spot!! My husband and I don't have the easiest vehicles to wash. I'm picky with my new Model 3 & get nervous to have lazy car washers scratch the paint/rims. I had a very good experience here. Instead of the usual experience of heading into a car wash, not knowing when you will get in, how long it will take, and then just hanging around the car wash for al ong time....Future Wash has addressed it really well.
