Results are on par with what a 5 year old would accomplish if handed a bucket and rag. However, the 5yo would have better service.
Brake dust was still visibly left on the face of my wheels, windows smeared and streaked. After pointing these out, the manager said they would “try” to address them and proceeded with excuses about how hard it is to get it all. The positive reviews seem to be from clients who just want their cars returned less dirty, quickly. $40 for a rinse off and excuses is unacceptable, IMO.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I have paid the extra $8 service that is manger washing for $42 but never been good, no air conditioner, a lot of dusting on the dashboard and even the exterior part was not dry enough, very lasy and unprofessional staff, they talking while they do their job.

I paid $20 for an exterior wash which is insane!! When they gave me my car it had drip and mud marks all over, I told them it needs wiping down, so they did a very rushed job. I arrived home and tried wiping it down myself with all purpose cleaner spray and a cloth, but the suds they used have left really tough almost permanent spots all over the windows that I had to use my nails to scratch off!! Terrible job! Terrible suds! Will never return.

I brought my truck in at 9:15 on a Friday morning for a exterior only wash. They we a little busy but not that bad. I waited and waited. It took 30 minutes for the truck to make it through the wash. There were only 3 cars being wiped down by then. Someone tossed a pile of rags on my hood but no one touched them. One guy came by and put the tire shine on my tires. It must have been break time by then because no one bothered to wipe down my truck. After 45 minutes of waiting, I figured I was supposed to do it myself. So I did. No one said or did anything. I threw the rags on the ground and left after
