Usually I come here and they have no problems with washing my car. Big Mexican guy refused to give me a wash cause my roof rack (again, never had an issue before for passed year). He told he he could do hand wash for $60 instead of my normal wash which is about half that price. Wasn't pleased with his customer service. I won't be back.

For the price, I thought they were terrific. We got the basic Platinum for our cars for $45 each, which was then discounted. They have a military discount (20%), Senior Discount (15%) and an Early Bird ($5 off if you come in between 8 and 10 AM on a weekday).
They missed a few spots (the trunk and part of the back window), but when I pointed that out, they cheerfully made it clean.
I was happy AND it made it easy to sell the car. The new owner loves it. I'll be back.

Today was a 3 star day, mind you I bring my commuter vehicle here once a week. Today I brought a rental vehicle in and it took about one and half hours for there basic silver wash that's priced at almost $40.
I think the poor management skills are lacking and trickling into the rest of the business given the wait time and the poor work they do sometimes.
I know small businesses are doing there best and I acknowledge this but a company that provides service needs to have more well trained employees that is the heart and soul of your car wash.

This is the first time I have ever had such horrible service that it pushed me to create a yelp account. Paid $250 for their compound and wax job and it is insain what I saw when they called me to come pick up my car. I do not believe they are in awayway trained to wax a car. First instead of waxing my car in one of the many shaded areas they had it in full sun right infront of the shop. The paint was slightly faded on my trunk but what I ended up seeing when I got back was my bumper white from such a horrible job and wax covering everything. They did not also even try to buff any tiny clear coat

Should merit a 5 star from the actual service I got. Was only going for the Platinum but went ahead and took the offered $80 + Hand wax job too. VERY wonderful job on every thing. I had an appointment to sell the vehicle @ CarMax Pleasant Hill after a few hours and the guy who re-did the physical appraisal was very impressed on how nice the car looked and asked if I had it detailed.
-1 Star as lady at counter needs better training on giving estimates on how long the service could take. This was my first time coming here so not sure how often this happens; came in at 10 AM Saturday, and there

Very dead car wash, 15 cars and still took over an hour until I got my car. I was probably number 5 of the 15 I counted. My car was washed waiting for detail and another 8 cars waiting for a vacuuming and wash. I use to come here all the time , and even when it was busy it didn't take this long. I notice some guy didn't wait for their detail clean because The wait was to long.
Not enough staff maybe ...they are all doing something. Easy to talk to staff, and when they finally get to your car they work hard on it. Front desk is nice easy transaction.

This car wash is truly terrible. I'd known about it for years and even stopped coming all together once before. Me and my sister wanted to wash the car for my mom as a birthday gift and were extremely disappointed. Typically we wouldn't even consider them given our previous experience YEARS AGO, however it was a last minute decision.
Our car was mostly clean when we dropped it off, given that it is brand new but we thought why not just get the car detailed completely as there were a few stains in the seats. The guaranteed us they would get the stains out for $260!!! We agreed only to

Since it's my first visit this year after the rain season and post peak COVID19, the car was pretty dirty. I come mid week and there is no line. I get a sticker shock when I see the prices. Since my car is dirty I opt for the top of the line wash.
Since I have another appointment, I take the car and run. Only to discover later they missed a few spots. Not a big deal but at over forty bucks a wash, you expect over forty bucks perfection.
Needless to say I no longer see the value of coming here. Time to look for a new car wash with some integrity. Ping me with your favorite car wash.

I think not.
I never really took interest coming through here since I felt they charged a bit too much even back in the day. But then my usual go-to car wash down the street shut down some time ago (BOOOOO!!!) and left me with no choice.
My mistake was not doing research FIRST before coming through here.
I pulled up and noticed their cheapest wash was for $36. (Insert throw up emoji here.) I thought it was a little steep, but since I had already pulled up and was pretty much too late to back out, I just decided to go for it. They also gave me the option of shampooing my car

Exterior is really good work, I just feel that I didn’t get the service that I payed for there was a blotch of wax on my rear view and it looked like the barely vacuumed the inside , also instead of cleaning my mats they just flipped them over, and they scratched my passenger window; I don’t think I’ll be returning.
