I tried working with Jason Kruse I had asked about a warehouse and he responded once, I then had messaged him 9 times over the next 3 weeks, and tried to call him to look at the warehouse. He responded one other time during the 3 weeks. Never once did he attempt to push my intent to get the deal along. When he finally responded after 3 weeks of trying he told me that I could come look at it today but had another prospect getting close. Agents are supposed to work with you in especially with how fast you have to be in the current market and he ignored me.

At my current company, Adeptive Software, we engaged The Colorado Group in 2017 for a 2018 move. It was a long search (we're picky!), but we ended up in the best possible spot. I tried to speak to Scott Crabtree and Jessica Cashmore, both of whom couldn't be bothered to return my calls or messages concerning the purchasing of commercial kitchen property. If business is so good now that this company cannot find the time to take care of potential customers, rest assured, when times get lean, their interest in helping you will be purely self centered. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
