Truthfully our story may not be all that different from yours. When we first got into this business, we worked with many property management companies and unfortunately, our experience was nothing to write home about.
We were surprised by the lack of communication, care and urgency in the property management industry as a whole. With our background in real estate investing as well as over twenty four years of real estate experience, we saw a major need for quality property management companies in the San Diego market.

I highly recommend American Family Homes. They managed a condo complex I owned property in and did such a wonderful job, There was no question in my mind of who to list my property with when I decided to sell. Kyle and Melissa have been true professionals from day one. There is no job that is too small or that is too difficult for them. They took on the job of emptying our condo to be ready for rental with no physical help from us, as we live in the east coast. We knew Jeff through a mutual friend, who asked him help us find a "rental" house in SD in a very short period of time since our agent bailed on us, and when i said short time i meant we needed a house in less than a week! and though "rental" is not his line he went out of his way to help us find a house. Since then we knew that if we buy a house is SD, which we did, we are going to use him and only him. He's reliable and professional.
