Brad Duffy opened Duffy's Garage in late 2009. It is designed as an all in one service center with the central idea focusing on customer service. We want to make sure that whatever our customers needs are, we can take care of it.
Brad has 12 years experience in the automotive industry, and got his start in the automotive world selling vehicles for a number of years, managed two dealerships, advertising manager for Autotrader.com and owned a successful marketing company and automotive detail facility on Highway 280.Now, Brad is focusing all of his attention of making Duffy's Garage a staple in the automotive repair business in Birmingham.

This place is the BEST! They are always really forward and honest about what needs to be done with my LR4 and timely in fixing the problem (and I have had plenty of issues). They are all really professional and the first mechanics I haven’t dreaded going to see. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Brad and Bart and their staff are terrific. They offer expert assistance and advice over the phone, timely appointments for assessment and service and top flight professional automotive services. Their location is superior to Grant's Mill road, their attention to detail and personal relationships are superior and their work is top-flight and more affordable, of much greater value. A+.

The staff at Duffy's has always performed great quality service on my Jaguar XF. I've been using Duffy's over a year and thus far have been completely satisfied. My decision to use Duffy's was based on the many positive Google reviews when I needed a water pump replacement. I was so impressed with their service and professionalism that I decided to continue using them for all my vehicle needs. Details and recommendations are always explained. I'm grateful to have found a shop other than the dealership to service my vehicle!!! THANKS DUFFY'S for all you do!!!

The worse service I have experienced in my 30 plus years as a car owner. My BMW sat in this shop for 4 months awaiting repair. If I had not informed them that I was going to turn this over to my lawyer my car would probably still be sitting there. The owner even attempted to tell me of false issues with my car in order to extort more money out of me.

My son’s beloved 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged went into Reduced Performance Mode, the engine light started blinking, and the whole car smelled like gasoline. AAA towed it to the dealership and they told me it needed a new drive chain at the special price of right at $12,000, more than it’s worth. They basically said it needed to be put down.
A friend of my recommended I get a second opinion from Brad Duffy at Duffy’s Garage. Brad answered the phone when I called and couldn’t have been nicer. He said based on the symptoms I was describing, he was 99% sure it was not the drive chain

We have a 2009 LR3 with 200K miles on it. I found Duffy's a couple of years ago and can not say enough good things. Brad and his team are extremely professional. They truly take care of each customer like a friend. They go out of their way to repair your Rover in the most cost effective manor. I just wish I could take all my cars to them (I have 11)!

I took my wife's car down for repairs expecting the normal stuff you get at a repair place, "you need a new flux capacitor, and it's going to run you about $1,000, but it may not fix what you brought it in for."
Instead of that, it was as if they were really actively looking for ways to fix the car and save me money. The repairs fixed the problem and cost much less than what I would have paid anywhere else.

My first visit to Duffy's for my 2014 Audi A6. They performed 65,000 mile service and front brake replacement. Much more reasonable than the dealership!! I had a couple of conversations with the owner, Brad, and he was very honest in his evaluation of my car and discussed the lack of qualified mechanics in town that specialize in Audi work. I will be back.

Don't buy a BMW unless you've purchased a warranty as well. My husband loves BMW, but those cars are high maintenance. Without his warranty, he would have had to pay thousands of dollars out-of-pocket on repairs.
Duffy's has been a repair shop with affordable prices and quality work. I dropped my husband off today to pick up his car. I do not know a lot about that technical components of repairs, but my husband was satisfied with the workmanship.
I can't help but feel like mechanics up charge on most things, but this place is better than where my husband went in Trussville
